Holiday rentals with breakfast in Madulain

We were received in a very friendly manner. The apartment was very pleasant. And the village is very authentic, small and has everything you need. You can take wonderful day trips by boat.

Clean and tidy apartment, quiet and convenient area to get to Lecco and Bellagio, the host was available for some questions we asked, there were 2 of us but 4 people can stay comfortably.

Lovely little apartment, with a beautiful view of Lake Como. A few nice restaurants nearby, but you do have to be relatively fit as there are hundreds of cobbled steps to and from any part of the town to the BnB! Worth it for the view but something to be mindful of when booking. Annalisa & her son, Ricciardo, were so helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything, and there was free local parking when needed. Thank you!

Such a lovely place in a remarkable location! Nesso is a beautiful little town with lots to explore by foot - the little supermarket has everything you need, you can hike, and you can see the lake panorama directly from the terrace. Our off-season stay in March meant that the town was basically empty, so we truly got to enjoy some peace and calm. The house is cozy and has some beautiful vintage details (the tiles!). The bathroom is spacious and clean, the kitchen has all the basics, and the hosts kindly provided some snacks and pasta supplies, which was a lovely surprise. One thing to note: there is only street leading out of town from the apartment, and it is exactly 2,20m narrow - so keep that in mind if you're thinking of renting a car :) We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

Monica and her son welcomed us warmly and helped us with our many suitcases. Upon our arrival, we found a small tart with our names on the dining table. Monica left us things for breakfast and also something for dinner. There was also a minibar (for a fee). The place was super clean. We were able to spread out over the terraces and the garden and enjoy the great view. Would definitely come again!

Dominic and his father are kind, respectful and considerate. We exchanged ideas on where to hike and what to wear even though we are busy. I’m thankful to have the time to stay in the Aeblis’ house. It has everything you need: dishwasher, washer, hot shower and numerous heaters, for the WC to the bedroom. For me I sleep cool, so the heater in the toilet is enough for warmth on most days; sometimes I use my headlights just because I want to “set the mood”. The bed, pillow and blankets are very comfortable. The living room is always toasty due to the floor heating. Windows are modern and you can’t hear the highway noise when shut. If you have lived in a modern hutte like Kesch, then that's what you can expect + stable internet from router. It is also much less “touristy” or crowded on the way there than Valais, i very much appreciate that. Hope to have the chance to swing by again and accomplish routine hikes!

We had a wonderful stay in Tremezzo. The appartement is very well located with a great view and a lovely garden. The beddings and towels are great quality, the kitchen is very well equipped , perfect for familles.

The apartment is very nice and cozy. All rooms are very nice. The apartment is super clean, the beds comfortable. Barbara and her husband are very likable and friendly. The apartment is very quietly located close to Chiavenna with good restaurants. The hiking opportunities are also good. You can also quickly get to the Bergell, where there are also nice hikes. We can recommend the apartment 100%.

What a gem?! This Airbnb gave us the perfect experience of Bellagio the people watching from the terrace was impeccable! We felt like we could be right in the heart of it all even when we were taking a quick rest between visiting villas. It was close access to everything and we found the road leading to the Airbnb easy to travel up and down as it didn’t involve stairs. The views are amazing and can’t be done justice in photos. The most incredible time for our honeymoon we will be recommending to anyone we know visiting Como

This was an incredible place to stay! Very spacious, beautiful views, clean, and peaceful! The host was very kind and always responsive. They even had extra things like eggs and little goodies for us in the kitchen. We had everything we needed and more to cook dinner which was very much appreciated. Parking is close by and everything you need to get around Lake Como is walking distance (the ferry pick up and tram station) The one and only thing thats just personal preference is the bed was a little too firm. But over all, would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

Never experienced such a family atmosphere. Each family member introduced themselves to us and offered to help. The apartment is totally nicely furnished and we would have liked to stay longer! We were even invited to have dinner with them. You should be aware that the village is very high up and some serpentines have to be covered. But it's 100% worth it. The apartment offers a beautiful view of the mountains. Alessandra even provided everything you need for breakfast. From coffee & tea to fresh eggs. Thank you for this wonderful experience. We'll be back!

Relaxing weekend with my wife... The apartment is a short walk from the Thermal Baths and the central part with restaurants and bars for an aperitif. Quiet location, no noise, the apartment is very nice, corresponds in everything to the listing and is also very clean. Leonardo is very available for information and advice. In short, you can't go wrong if you decide to stay here. The plus is the garage available for the house, very useful. Thanks again to Leonardo for his availability, we will definitely be back.

Excellent structure for visiting Bormio and Valfurva. Excellent cleanliness and services; in the house there was practically everything you needed and even more with many small details that, in the end, make the difference.

Marco was a brilliant host. He eagerly met us for a smooth check-in experience, was friendly and responsive to any questions. He offered a list places to go and the fridge was stocked with local produce. Marco went above and beyond to make sure our stay in the beautiful Sondrio Old Town was the best experience it could be. Would love to be back!

We were completely pleased with our stay. The host couple were very loving, courteous and especially attentive in dealing with our child. The view is simply breathtaking – a real highlight! The journey was a bit complicated, as the roads are narrow and steep, but the effort is definitely worth it. Breakfast was lovingly prepared, very tasty and all homemade – the perfect start to the day. The apartment is small but very cozy and absolutely clean. The beautiful garden, which invites you to relax, is also particularly beautiful. Thank you for the wonderful time!

Béa is an extremely communicative woman. You can discuss many interesting topics with her. Béa is cosmopolitan and a very warm person.

We have stayed in many Airbnb’s around the world and this was by far the best one we have ever stayed in! Extremely warm welcome on arrival with a glass of Prosecco and some homemade donuts which were delicious. The home was immaculate and super cute, use of the swimming pool was a massive bonus. Each morning we came out to our veranda all setup ready for an incredible breakfast, as soon as we came out to eat we were greeted with cappuccino, scrambled eggs and hams and cheese, each morning made the day feel extra special. We thank our hosts so much. And would 100% come back. Thanks for an unforgettable and enjoyable stay James & Hope.

Love the place and the hosts. It is good that the bus stop is near. I like the trusting nature of my hosts. I definitely recommend this place! And I will stay here again if it (the place) is available!!

Coming back to Nadia’s house feels like visiting a favorite relative — if that relative had an insanely charming home overlooking Lake Como and made the world’s best homemade breakfast every morning. The room is old in the most beautiful way, full of character and little details that make you smile. Nadia herself is a gem — warm, attentive, and just so real. She thinks of everything before you even realize you need it. We’ve stayed here a few times now and honestly, it keeps getting harder to leave. By far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at — nothing else even comes close. If you're lucky enough to find it available, book it. Just leave a spot for us too!

Definitely one of the best offers on this platform! The room is very tastefully furnished in a really beautiful house with a fantastic view. There is really nothing missing in the house. There is a wonderful garden, a bicycle storage (+repairing!) area and a spacious common room with kitchen. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a lot of care for details. Antonella is a great host and always friendly and attentive. I felt right at home. 10/10 I can highly recommend this place! Grazie mille!

Had a superb stay! We stayed 8 nights and we enjoyed the wonderfully cool room and the delicious breakfast. The kitchen was separate from the room, but exclusive for our use. For breakfast, everything was ready so you could decide for yourself what time you wanted to have breakfast. The room and Sara's help was great! Palanzo itself is a nice authentic village in the mountains. In the village, there are a few restaurants where you can have a good dinner. Please note that it is a 15-minute drive from the village to the lake. Because the village is on a mountain, it is not convenient if you have difficulty walking, because you have to walk a long way up to the B&B. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The view, the location, the room, and Laura, the host, and the big breakfast she prepared for us, literally everything was perfect!! My partner and I loved Laura’s place so much. It is easily accessible by bus, and there is a port for ferries nearby that connects you to all other parts of Lake Como. I strongly recommend you stay here if you have a chance to visit the area!

Barbara prepared a very good breakfast with breathtaking scenery. She is also a great and lovely host. In the evening, we had an outstanding risotto from the restaurant right next to the host, which is second to none! Clear recommendation. Thank you very much, dear Barbara.❤️
