Enjoy tubing and skiing at Seven Oaks, Boone. Take in events at Iowa State University or Des Moines Civic Center just 30 minutes away.

Large 2-bedroom main level living, fenced backyard, and deck. We are pet friendly with no additional fees (although we do expect guest to pick up after them). Plenty of parking on property. Small town Iowa, easy access to WDSM/Waukee/Grimes/Johnston/Adel. Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants & a park are within walking distance. This space is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm and is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. The space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, smart TV, Wi-Fi, dining area and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. Quiet & peaceful neighborhood!

Boone's Bodacious Bungalow - A Cozy 2 Bedroom Stay

With 2 bedrooms and a queen-sized hide-a-bed, this cozy little place will comfortably sleep 5. This quiet neighborhood can be enjoyed hanging out on the front porch or out back on the patio. Washer and dryer downstairs if you need to do laundry and all the necessities to make a meal in the kitchen. Just a few minutes from downtown Boone and the Boone Speedway, a short 17 miles to Jack Trice Stadium/Hilton Coliseum in Ames, and less than an hour to the Des Moines International Airport.

My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of Ankeny with a 16 min. drive to downtown Des Moines and Wells Fargo Arena. The high trestle trail is about 8 blocks away with a nice park 1 block away. The highlight of my home is the newly remodeled bedrooms and bathroom. There are queen beds in each of the bedrooms. The guest bed is brand new. The living room has a 55” LG OLED 4k TV with a PlayStation 5. I have high-speed cable internet with cable through slingTV.
