Hi, I'm Claudia. I've lived in Parma for 40 years and worked in fashion. My space is vintage and welcoming, a strategic location to reach the Fiere di Parma in 10 minutes, visit the beautiful historic center and enjoy the culinary specialties of the city of the Duchy. 5 km from the A15 and A1 toll booths and a stone's throw from the Taro River Park, where I often walk for a long time with Dior my furry friend, in the midst of nature. I will be happy to welcome you and give you all the necessary directions and advice.

At the entrance to Parma, 4 km from the center, 300 m from exit no. 12 of the ring road, in front of the stop of line no. 6 of public transport, which arrives at the train station and the airport and in the opposite direction to Collecchio, Fornovo, Sala Baganza, Felino. Two-room apartment located on the ground floor of a building of four apartments surrounded by greenery, with independent entrance and garage. You can add a baby cot and use the sofa bed in the living room for two children.

A lovely, recently renovated two-room apartment located in the historic centre. Parking is available near the house (in the blue lines) with a daily permit at a cost of €7 per day. Alternatively, the Kennedy covered car park is a 10-minute walk away. The house is located within the historic centre but outside the limited traffic zones (ZTL)

The house above the clouds

On the first hills of Parma stands "The house above the clouds". It is an ancient and bright stones house, surrounded by a beautiful and colorful garden where you can spend moments of peace and tranquility surrounded by nature.
