Holiday rentals with a patio in Madre de Dios

I booked this apartment for a 3-month stay and had a truly pleasant experience. The location is incredibly convenient—everything you need is within walking distance, including markets, restaurants, and coffee shops. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and felt very homey. It gets plenty of natural light and comes fully equipped with everything you might need for both short and long stays. I genuinely don’t have a single complaint about the apartment itself. One thing to note: the apartment is located on a busy street, so there can be some noise from traffic and honking during the day. Juanma, the host, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond by offering me another one of his apartments at no extra cost, allowing me to stay an additional two months. I’m genuinely grateful for his generosity and support. I highly recommend both this apartment and Juanma as a host. My experience was nothing short of excellent, and I would absolutely book with him again

Such an incredible place and location. Ada is an incredible host and made sure I felt right at home the entire stay. I spent 5 weeks here and enjoyed every moment of the place, the rooftop terrace / views, and surrounding area. Very peaceful and quiet. Central to all the amazing places in the Sacred Valley. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to fully immerse in this beautiful part of the world.

It is very well located, with shops nearby and a good distance from the road that you can easily mobilize and at the same time do not feel noise from the cars. The room is spacious and comfortable. The internal gardens are very well cared for We had a great time and decided to stay one more night

We liked the place and all the amenities, specially the hot tub. The place is really close to the nature and has great views of the valley. The house is big and there was enough space to move around.

The Casa Raices was a dream location for our time in the sacred valley! We treated ourselves by making a fire and watching the stars above as we made ourselves at home here. Maud was helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for a clean transition into her home, and even went above and beyond in providing us with a pdf showing us recommended spots to enjoy while we were there. This is a lovely house. It is very big. The beds are super comfortable. The shower is nice and hot. The internet is very fast. It is a perfect house for a family or for a group. The surroundings are so nice, too. Please be aware that the house is a short walk to Ollantaytambo (20-30 min). I loved this. It is very nice to not be surrounded by all of the noise and annoying tourists. You do not need a car to get to Ollantaytambo. There are colectivos that pass by on the main road (and charge almost nothing for a ride into town) about every 15-20 min, and the walk is great. I highly recommend this house.

what an amazing home in an absolutely peaceful town. yucay is now one of my favorite spots. its so refreshing being in a community where everyone is friendly, welcoming, and deeply connected to their agricultural history. sofi's house immediately feels like home, and adjusting to the pace in yucay happened almost instantly. great climate. great backyard to walk barefoot in the grass. awesome spot for a campfire. def a must stay.

Very good location, close to everything in Urubamba. Comfortable and clean. I think there is a very good relationship between the place and the price.
