The space corresponds to the description. It is a nearby dam and raisin farm. Waleria and Gustavo are great, super affordable and helpful. We were taught the paths, provided a boat for tour, and presented with an excellent craft beer. The house is a very beautiful and well-kept old farmhouse (but with wi fi available that worked super well every day), with wood stove and large kitchen. For those who like a rural environment is a great option, we spent great times at Fazenda Correia.

I went with 4 people, a group of friends, and we fell in love with everything, with the wonderful view, with the coziness of the house, everything clean, impeccable, blankets with a fresh laundry smell, all the kitchen utensils, even an air fryer. In the bathroom, there was even a hair dryer! Sara always responded on time, was super flexible with the check out, wonderful, I will definitely come back more often. The only downside is the road from the neighbour's gate to the house, which is tricky for those with low cars.

They were receptive, attentive and flexible with the check in and check out. The house is very beautiful, organized, very complete in the matter of appliances in the kitchen, spacious, airy, great location near the square and restaurants. Super I recommend hosting, it's really worth it!!

I took this trip as a getaway, with the aim of resting and disconnecting for a weekend - and Carlos' cottages were the perfect choice for that! From the first contact, the host (Carlos) was extremely quick to respond, always attentive and available to answer any questions. After confirming the booking, he sent detailed directions to facilitate arrival at the cottages, as well as offering several useful tips about the region, including bars, restaurants and tourist spots. The property corresponds exactly to what is shown in the photos of the listing. The cottage is rustic, with a great finish, it was very clean and organized. It is a welcoming and well-kept space. For those who want to get to know Conceição da Ibitipoca (district of Lima Duarte/MG), I highly recommend staying with Carlos. The experience was excellent and I would certainly stay there again on other occasions! I am immensely grateful to Carlos. Your attention made all the difference in the experience.
