I had a fantastic stay at here! The home was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication was smooth and prompt throughout, and james was incredibly welcoming and helpful with local tips. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels,a stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

We had an excellent experience at Aguada Anchorage goa. Villa looks exactly the same as that of given in the pictures. host and staff especially Ms Sheetal were very cooperative and responsive. property has 2 swimming pools and are well maintained. the property is located in a central place of candolim which has easy access to restaurants and activities. despite being at central location, the property is very quiet peaceful and private. villa is very well maintained with great interiors, spotlessly clean rooms and kitchen, well maintained outdoor area and availability of all important appliances. I would strongly recommend this place for everyone planning a private homestay vacation in Goa.

A Perfect Getaway in Goa! I recently stayed at this stunning villa in Goa with four of my friends, and it was truly the best escape we could’ve asked for! The villa itself is absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, with all the comforts of home and more. The private pool was definitely a highlight—we spent hours relaxing and making the best memories ❤️🎬. We had cozy movie nights, endless laughs, and everything just felt so peaceful and special. It really was the perfect blend of fun and relaxation. A big shoutout to our host, Alison, who was incredibly polite, warm, and welcoming from the very start. She made sure we had everything we needed and added such a personal touch to our experience. If you're looking for a peaceful yet vibrant place to unwind in Goa, this villa is a must. Rifat was super responsive and supportive. We needed a few additional things for our baby and it was arranged at no cost. Beautiful property, neat and clean, caretaker was very helpful in getting things + cleaning. Both host and caretaker accomodated our late check in and check out. This would definitely be our go to place for next visit. If u r travelling during rainy season, keep some antiseptic creams in case of bug/insect bits specially if u have kids
