Come stay at our private, simple, fully equipped home centrally located between Cincinnati and Dayton. This home is perfect for a small family looking for a peaceful stay or a busy traveler wanting a private place to unwind. It includes 2 bedrooms (master with a king 2nd bedroom with a twin and trundle bed), living room (sofa bed), 1 bath, and 1 full-size kitchen. There is plenty to do within driving distance including bars and restaurants or relax at home and watch your shows on the Smart TV.

The Milk House

Former farmhand apartment above the old milking parlor has been renovated into a relaxing retreat on decommissioned dairy farm. Rental includes 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with full kitchen and a convertible couch. While the dairy cattle have left, a few animals remain on the farm, including donkeys, alpacas, sheep, dogs, and cats. Furnace is an outdoor wood burning, we maintain daily in winter. From the small balcony of the rental, you are able to see open views of the surrounding fields.
