Recommended for groups of up to 4 (5 if with kids). Second bedroom (king) is open to living area-we provide a folding screen for door area and curtain for “passthrough”.

Our home is a 5 minute walk to 5 restaurants and bars, and a 5 minute Uber ride to the train station. No matter which time of year you visit, you will appreciate the tranquility of the ocean and will feel completely relaxed during your stay.

A charming original turn of the century cottage that was recently renovated. One main room plus a full bathroom and Ikea kitchen. It includes a back porch that gets a perfect amount of late afternoon sun. The cottage has electric baseboard heat for cool nights. We are located in Indian Cove beach Association with a two block walk to the beach. You are welcome to enjoy our kayaks, bikes to tour the area and a fire pit.

Hardwood floors throughout, and newly redone kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located in a historic neighborhood, with easy access to Yale University and athletic fields, Westville Music Bowl, Hopkins school, and Downtown New Haven.

Stays in-season include use of 2 kayaks or SUPs per day (2 hours) provided by Indian River Kayak from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
