Beautiful retreat! Fenced areas for my dogs was a blessing. Interesting structures, vegetation and the Cow! She was so fun! Loved being around the dogs and came for head scratchers.

The birds nest was perfect for our weekend trip to Asheville. The house was very clean and organized. Had everything we needed, plenty of towels and a perfect location. When you are on the patio or walking through the garden you understand why it is named “little bird”. Just loved it.

What a wonderful stay in a wonderful cabin! This cabin is awesome - great bed, great shower, great location, great hosts. The fireplace is awesome. It can be switched on for just the overall effect but you have the option of turning up the heat for warmth. I scheduled my stay for some much needed peace and quiet during a difficult time in my life. I arrived with the sniffles but it progressed into much more. I kept asking for extensions if time and Samuel & Angie were awesome. Thanks again to them. I honestly can’t say enough great things about this cabin and my stay.

Great place to stay if you’re looking to enjoy mountain surroundings and stay away from hustle and bustle of downtown Asheville. Lots of things to do and see on this north end of the Asheville area. Good restaurants and unique breweries available in nearby Weaverville about a 10 minute drive from this cabin. Hosts are great and cabin is nice, cozy and very clean.

Small and quaint but perfect size for the three of us staying there. Would perhaps have liked an oven for cooking but the restaurants in Weaverville were soooo good (and, of course nearby Asheville). The Glass Onion—Yum! Loved downtown Weaverville shops too. Beautiful area with deer sightings and very quiet. Very comfortable beds. Really loved the front porch. Thanks for a good stay at a great price. Would stay again!

The cottage is a great place to stay. It has easy walking distance to the Main Street of Weaverville. The cottage has perfect amount space for staying comfortable with plenty of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect space in a perfect place. Stunning views. Total privacy with easy access to stores, restaurants, and all the outdoor activities available in the greater Ashville area. We were so enamored with the property, however, that we spent most of our time there. Claire was extremely responsive and helpful, and the house was clean and ready to enjoy upon arrival. There is a notebook of information about the house and the property; it also contains suggestions for area activities and businesses. We would return without hesitation. We were sad to leave!

A cozy and private cabin with beautiful views. We enjoyed a nice time hiking during the days, cooking at night, reading, relaxing, and connecting. The baking dishes, extra blankets, and thoughtful items for people traveling with pets (extra bowls and a pet blanket) were a nice touch. It’s a perfect mix of private while also being easily accessible to the grocery store and major roads. We were able to get up and down the driveway without four wheel drive. What a unique space! Very inspiring!

This was our second stay at the cabin and I loved it both times! Completely tranquil with beautiful grounds and a creek plus tons of birds and wildlife! If you are a birder like me I highly recommend. The cabin is very cozy with plenty of space, a nice covered porch and a great bathtub ☺️. Karen and Jaime are very friendly and responsive! I hope to stay again.

The pictures don’t do this place enough justice, like genuinely. The place is VERY VERY private for the most part. And it is also very MAGICAL! I couldn’t stop staring off into the mountains in the distance. The inside of the dome was overly comfortable lol. I never wanted to get out of the bed because it was so comfy and warm from the sun entering the front of the dome. The dome has everything you can think of to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The shower was amazing! I recommend waiting to take a shower when the sun is beaming down, so the water is “Steamy hot”. But the water was at 97Fh in the morning time which is more than enough hot for me. Wood stove heater was very tricky but he was extremely helpful with tips to get it going. Once it’s going it’s smooth sailing. It is boarding with someone else’s property. Heard and seen people walking that property but they kept a respectful distance from the fence. Even with that you could barely see them with all the trees.

Tanya's tiny house was such a taste of Heaven!! She literally thought of everything!!! We felt right at home, so welcome, and so touched by all her thoughtful little additions like the water pitcher in the fridge, some condiments, teas, coffee, etc, and every appliance you could ever want!! We didn't want to leave!!! We loved her sweet sticky notes around the house with clear instructions and details about the place! She had a binder with thorough and welcoming recommendations for the area which helped us when we needed to find food! LOL The clean and delicious well water on tap was SUCH a delight!! Her personal artwork around the house made it feel so homey and heartfelt, and she even had little cards with her paintings to take for free! At the end of our stay, we were struggling to get everything together for checkout, and she let us stay two extra hours for FREE! We were even late for THAT checkout, and she was very patient and forgiving! What a lovely host! Thank you Tanya! :)

Beautiful secluded home tucked away in the mountains, just what I was looking for! Kitchen stocked with basic cooking supplies and cute little snack basket :) perfect little romantic getaway, would definitely stay here again!

Easy to communicate quiet place peaceful, scenery is amazing. Easy booking. Friendly welcoming committee (Opal) . The set up was good . Nice private area would visit again PS the night lights make it easy to find at night

It was an amazing night, Cairo was so kind from the beginning and everything was perfect - including the chopped firewood placed by the fire pit and what felt like fresh mulch under the swing. The scenery was beautiful and the communication from the host was even better. We will be back!

We had a fantastic weekend at this stay. Lots of rivers and waterfalls nearby to explore. If you’re looking to get out in nature without going to the effort of camping, this place is perfect. Jennifer and her husband were wonderful hosts!

We absolutely loved the cabin and it was exactly what we were looking for. The cabin was spotless and we loved the decor- the cabin had a lot of character. The provided directions were very specific and we didn't have any issues finding it in the dark. Great location and super close to downtown Weaverville! This cabin did not disappoint!

Guys, I know airbnbs are in the hospitality business but Chuck and Valda take that concept to new heights! We had delicious homemade strawberry ice cream made by Valda waiting for us in the freezer and incredibly tasty homemade chocolate chip cookies along with a hand written note welcoming us by name. Chuck went out of his way to welcome my wife and I and fill us in on the amazing history of the area. We were sad our stay was way too short but we did take the time to rapel down the hill side to the creek and then take a hike down the old buffalo trail. This place is a must stay if you're ever in the area!

This was such a beautiful little spot. Perfect for couples. The internet needed to be rebooted when we got there and the host was kind and quickly responded and made sure it got fixed asap. The house was clean and exactly as described. It was a quiet and private area. The deck area was my favorite part with the hottub, it was private and surrounded by woods. I would highly recommend and stay here again myself.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay with Brookes was. She was kind, attentive, patient, and welcomed us with the most open arms. She made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived till we were hugging each other on the way out. It feels like we just gained a new mountain auntie! Brookes’ property is absolutely magical and we will be coming back again soon!

Jennifer allowing us to vacation at her lovely cabin made our birthday weekend everything we hoped for. Jennifer was both informative and responsive. The cabin was clean. I enjoyed our serene trip to Hot Springs so much, I am already planning to go back already! I would highly recommend this stay to anyone wishing to escape from their daily routine. Take a few days to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

I went with my boyfriend for a runaway week on the mountains and we loved it, great house, the location was perfect, the town nearby was really cute, and we saw a lot of animals around the house!! We will be coming back. Great house and service!! 20/10
