Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a short trip for a concert. The place was very clean and inviting. Pamela was very helpful with getting us in and the apartment was very cute and smelt great! The best part is it was close to everything. We went to the space and rocket center, botanical gardens and the concert at Von Braun. There was also food and gas stations within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

The place met our needs and was a close driving distance from various stores and restaurants.

The apartment was everything I was looking for my for… place was exactly what I was looking for to feel a sense of home away from home. Complex felt safe and normal, I did find it a little confusing how the apartment management has the pool closed in the middle of a hot, dry summer but nothing again the host. Worth the extra process to stay here.

Upon arriving at Jason‘s place, we found a lock box with the key making entry a breeze. Upon entering our first impression was, this place is very spacious, and really nice. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. A regular size bed I believe. My wife slept like a rock, but for me the bed was a little too firm, mind you I’m 73. I did get plenty of rest though. The kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I couldn’t find was salt and pepper. The living space was also quite comfortable. I travel with a black light so I can check for nasty stains. I Check the bathroom, kitchen, sofas floors, tables, bed pillows, and nothing, not a drop. This place is immaculate. I’ve never found a place 100% clean. What a pleasurable visit. Thanks again.

My friends and I stayed for a week for an event and it was a great place! All of our dogs loved the yard and loved being able to stretch their legs out there. The house itself was amazing! Super clean and pet friendly! If the event we go to hosts in Decatur again we would definitely stay again.

Lovely house with a nice backyard. It is very welcoming and well-stocked. Everything is clearly marked. Comfy king-size bed. Great restaurants close by - The Curry, 1892, and Big Ed's Pizza. Would definitely stay there again!

This was the perfect spot for 4 guys just trying to play some golf. Less than 15 minutes from multiple courses, including Redstone Arsenal. The space itself was clean and comfortable in all aspects! Had both dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent. Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash... all the comforts of home! Highly recommend!

My best friend and I came to Huntsville for the Panoply Arts Festival for the weekend. Patricia’s Cozy Blue Unit 1 was the perfect location. Having never been to Huntsville it was easy to find and the location was within 5 miles of the Festival. The home was extremely clean and quiet. The only thing I was missing is a cutting board since I eat most of my meals at home. It certainly did not affect how comfortable I was staying at Cozy Blue Unit 1. Patricia is a great host and very responsive. I look forward to staying there again in the future and exploring more of Huntsville.

It was exactly as described. Very nice and pleasant stay. One note, there are several identical buildings and it is hard to see the building numbers at night, but once we found the correct building, getting in was very easy and we enjoyed our stay.

We were in town for one night attending a concert so we required very little - didn’t even shower. We simply needed a safe place to sleep and able to bring our dog. Her directions were very clear when entering the complex and said we could come early, although we ended up not needing that arrangemsnt. The building is older and with the rain, the entrance to the stairs was flooded so our shoes/feet were soaking wet - that was a little frustrating but I wouldn’t place blame on the host. The automatic door lock needs some work. The door/lock do not line up. And there was no key for the bottom lock so when leaving to go to the concert, I didn’t feel incredibly confident in that security. The checkout instructions ask that you collect the towels and start the laundry - except there wasn’t any detergent. We placed them in the washer but obviously couldn’t start it. The inside matches the photos. There’s some quirks, but that’s anywhere. Overall it was good for what we needed.

Aleena is an excellent host. She gave excellent instructions for check in and check out. We appreciated her checking on us after check and check out. She has taken great care to make her space feel comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for a long- or short-term stay.

Would definitely stay at one of his properties again! We could tell he puts so much attention to detail into his bnb’s and for his guests. We were so pleased to find local recommendations, a hand written card, a gift, and very quick responses throughout our stay.

This place was ideal for our visit to see our daughter, as her student housing was conveniently close by. The stay was peaceful and comfortable, and Diane was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout. The location was also great—not far from downtown, Mid-City, and Providence—making it easy to explore the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and well-located stay.
