The house offers two cosy bedrooms, a main bathroom with two toilets, and a guest bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large, bright living room. The real highlight is the private indoor pool, perfect in every season. The property is completed by a large terrace and private parking spaces.

The old wood tells stories, the stone retains the coolness of the mountain, and the light gently enters through the large openings.

On the ground floor, there is a small kitchen where you will find everything you need for breakfast and a balcony with a breathtaking view of the valley. It has been prepared with care and passion: everything you will find is handcrafted by me, a retired carpenter. The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys and is just a few minutes from Cuneo and the neighbouring towns.
