Our family of 8 had the most incredible time staying at Upul's beautiful beach house in Negombo. The property is stunning, located just a few meters away from the beach, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the shore. It’s hard to believe such a gem is so unbelievably affordable! The house itself is spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the caretaker—she is one of the sweetest and most hospitable people we've ever met. The meals she prepared were absolutely delicious and added so much warmth to our experience. Upul, the host, was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was perfect for our stay. His attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the experience even better. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories. If you're looking for a peaceful, beautiful, and affordable beachside retreat, look no further. Thank you, Upul, for making our family vacation so special!

It’s location was strategic for our requirements. Beautiful house with a huge compound with lots of nature surrounded. Good view for both sunsets and sunrise, loved his place very much. Hence, there an outdoor kitchen as well. And not forgetting the wonderful five friendly companions. Beautiful flowers and nature surrounding with paddy fields and a fish pond. A tranquil place to chill and heal, the internet is also reliable. The caretaker; Mr Amit and family as also very helpful. Offered us all the support and assistance during our stay. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in this part of the world.

We stayed there one night and very satisfied. We were well received and quick to respond to questions. The room is very modern and corresponds to the pictures.

From the super cozy seating areas designed for ultimate relaxation to the countless books and cinema room filled with fascinating memorabilia, every corner of this house offers something to enjoy. The location is a dream – surrounded by lush trees, facing a serene lagoon, and complete with a private pool. The peaceful setting was the perfect backdrop for a much-needed disconnect. What truly made the experience exceptional were the hosts. They went above and beyond, ensuring every request was met without hesitation. Their warmth, friendliness, and the incredible food they prepared daily made us feel so welcome and cared for. The entire stay was breathtaking, from the scenery to the overall ambiance. The villa was beyond words to describe. It's exactly as shown in the images, very aesthetic, greeny environment and kind host. The caretaker was kind enough to arrange an alternative for kitchen usage when the stove wasn't working at the home. Uber eats facility was there that we ordered a quick breakfast. Little bit of maintenance to be improved in bathroom cleaning and fridge cleaning. The host was very kind and showcased excellent hospitality. Would love to visit again

Outstanding place nestled in a quiet part of Negombo outskirts. It was perfect place to end our trip, relax or equally if you’re flying in to acclimatise. Sira was absolutely wonderful - so kind and helpful. Jean-Charles was excellent in communicating and checking in with us. Priyan made some lovely breakfasts for us. The design of the villa is so well thought out and attention to every detail has been given - ambient lighting, music, well equipped kitchen, games and of course a beautiful pool area! Highly recommend and hope to return!

Maybe the best AirBnB property I’ve used? Lovely and spacious home with dreamy outdoor lighting when the sun goes down. So much natural light by day! It was perfect for our meetings and our host + property manager were so gracious. We found out we could purchase meals during our stay and it was certainly the right decision. The food was amazing, delivered on time and servings were generous. Highly recommend!

This house is really confortable and beautiful. The kitchen was fully eqipped. We got filtered clean water, and towels, everything. The rooms are nice and perfect. And I would like to gratefully thank the lady who welcomed us for her endless kindness and hospitality. She did everything to make us feel as good as possible. On the last morning, she even made delicious Srí Lanka pancakes for us, thank you very much for treating us with such care. 🙏 <3
