Paulo’s place was spacious. Copacabana beach is a 8 minute walk and he provides the chairs. There is also A/C in every room. I’d recommend staying here as an American traveler.

Amazing apartment in Ipanema. Building was great with many amenities. Apartment spacious with two balconies and modern decorations. Would recommend and would be back!

Beautiful apartment, wooden floors, double glass windows, laundry, complete kitchen… but above all: amazing beach front view over Copacabana. Copacabana is the heart of Rio… there is always something going on. Amazing.

We had an excellent vacation in this beautiful apartment. It's so nice that you don't want to leave the apartment. Much nicer than in the photos. The balcony is very comfortable and has an unbeatable view. Carmen was very kind. We will definitely come back. I recommend them 100%, to the whole community.

We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with the check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and we will certainly stay here again. We recommend it!

Really really nice appartment. If your booking because you want to see the Christ redeemer from the living room? You cannot any more as there’s a huge building going up right in front. However you can see it from the lovely roof pool area and breakfast terrace. Theres so much more to see than that in Rio! Really safe, friendly staff, food all around. Walk to beach, pool on roof, breakfast served, gym down stairs. Living room ac was broken so it was roasting hot up there. Maintenance was called they came and fixed the bedroom ac. When it’s all sorted it definitely has to be the best air bnb on the block 🌸

Great location. Close to everything we wanted to do. The sauna was a dream come true especially since the weather dipped while we there. The backyard/outdoor area is a nice little haven all to yourself. Everything was as described. Jonas was incredibly responsive especially with us extending our stay an extra couple of days morning before checkout. One of the room's bathrooms has the shower kind of above the toilet seat so do with that info what you will. All around great stay and would definitely book again! Cheers!

Our stay was great. From check in to check out. Apartment was just like described and looked like the photos. Has a fully secured gate at the front so you feel totally safe. Even when we had to checkout, silvana told us we could still use the apartment if we wanted to shower or chill out till we leave. They even offered us a dinner before we left but unfortunately we didn’t have time. Thank you for making our stay in rio brilliant. Obrigado!

The location is amazing. It seemed like I was living a dream, with that wonderful view... that even on a rainy day, it's still amazing!!!! There are many restaurants nearby, supermarkets, great location, I highly recommend it! And the view is a show apart. And the apartment was very clean and fragrant, we loved it.

All very practical, close to the beach, supermarket at the front, simple check-in and facilitated by the host, I recommend.

The views from the apartment were amazing - the best of Rio. Every window had views of Aporador to Ipanema, Leblon, and iconic Dois Irmãos. The Cristo (Corcovado) is even visible from the balcony. The space was comfortable and had everything I needed for a few days. Great access to both Copacabana and Ipanema, since the building is situated just between both beaches. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Old building, but the renovated and modern apartment. Super respectful and attentive staff at the building. Attention to those who go for the first time!!!! Everything is very clean and organized, close to the market, pharmacy, convenience and a block from the sea... very well located! Kite and polite staff. Very well-equipped apartment. Silvia (host) is very polite and helpful, I had no problems with anything. I will definitely come back more often. I recommend it!

WHAT A PLACE, MY FRIENDS. PERFECT LOCATION. SEASIDE, TOP KIOSKS NEARBY, BARS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY. GREAT BED AND PILLOWS, VARIED UTENSILS, SÔNIA WELCOMES WITH HEINEKEN, WATER, CHOCOLATE, SALTED PEANUTS AND COOKIES AND COFFEE CAPSULES. GREAT SHOWER, FANTASTIC WASHING MACHINE, NOT TO MENTION THE BALCONY, WHICH WAS THE MOST USED PLACE BY US, BEAUTIFUL VIEW, BETTER THAN IN THE AIRBNB PHOTOS. THE ONLY THING THAT GOES UNNOTICED BY ALL THE GOOD THINGS THAT ARE THE APARTMENT IS THE VERY LOUD NOISE OF THE AIR CONDITIONERS. BUT THIS AP IS WORTH A LOT WE'LL COME BACK
