Clean and organized place with a pleasant and airy environment. I highly recommend it.

The place is amazing, super comfortable and cozy, close to the beach, there is a little bar down below that allowed us to watch the game of Flamengo, whenever we can we will return for sure! Eduardo very attentive, gave us instructions of everything around, I always request!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, ideal for relaxing in front of the beach, it has a large and comfortable bathroom, a large room with two closets where you can store your clothes. It has a ceiling fan, air conditioning and television in the bedroom and in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with many cooking utensils. The balcony is quite comfortable and the view of the beach, despite being on the second floor, is very nice. The building is a complex of apartments and has a couple of points to improve, the restaurant does not have much variety of food and breakfast options. The pool is nice, but it's a shame it was so cold when we were there and the heated pool is small. The people at the reception are very friendly. On the other hand, Fabrini's kindness and occupation is what you need when you travel outside your country.

Honestly completely loved Henry's place! Getting inside was a bit sketchy at first but very easy. Once inside, the place was fantastic, the views in person from the terrace was honestly amazing, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice! I'll be booking again for sure when back in Rio. The place inside was very clean. It is inside a pacified favela so seeing armed men is very common, I didn't mind at all as they mind their own business. I was walking back to the airbnb at 2-3am and never felt in danger( My girlfriend and I were dressed very nice, however, out of precaution, didn't have any jewelry displaying). I will say that if your not a fan of a little adventure, it might not be for you, in my opinion it was a great and fun experience and provided me with a completely different experience of Rio. Henry was also very accommodating and catered to our itinerary, we will absolutely be coming back! Thanks Henry and Yuri!

It was worth it. I went to visit a friend who lived very closely and the apartment of Bruna greatly facilitated this moment. Although comfortable the apartment is a little tight, but for a quick trip it was quiet. I needed a chair and I quickly had my request fulfilled. There was a small communication issue regarding garage access at the time of arrival (as there are two entrances in the building), but as Bruna responded quickly in the Airbnb chat everything was resolved. In addition to Bruna the Bruno also answered all the questions I asked even before the stay, that is, both are very dedicated to doing the best. Indico to all the apto of Bruna.

Márcia's apartment was an incredible find - and in many ways. The apartment is perfect: beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped (for both short and longer stays), very well located, with a stunning sea view, as well as being in a condominium that offers a swimming pool and other facilities. We only stayed 2 nights, but we already know we'll be back! We chose this apartment for our honeymoon and it was the best choice! (much better than what many hotels offer!). In addition, Márcia was an excellent host! Very dear, available, good-humored, flexible, helpful, responsive and kind! Before closing the apartment I contacted her to ask some questions, so she knew it would be our wedding weekend - she kindly left us treats in the apartment, which made the experience even cozier! Certainly the right decision! We'll be back, no doubt!

Our hosting was amazing. Fábio and Michele were sensational, provided full support and made us super comfortable. Very well equipped apartment, with Airfryer, electric oven, stove, coffee makers, Smart TV, air conditioning etc. The outer space is sensational, great for making meals and enjoying the shower that tbm is amazing! Very good location, two blocks from the beach, with bakery and market right next door. I'll definitely come back more often.

I would like to thank Fernando for having us in his flat. The space is very comfortable, offers a good structure and the location is great! The flat offers linens, everything is clean and fragrant. The room and living room are air-conditioned, the shower is gas, very tasty! Fernando still worried about leaving a good hairdryer for use. The kitchenette offers the necessary dishes and pans, as well as a microwave, air fryer and coffee maker. The checkin was super quiet. Fernando was flexible regarding the schedule. There is a restaurant inside the Residence that offers all the meals, with a fair price, which makes it much easier for those who are looking for tranquility and do not want to leave, it has a mini market. Sitting in front of the beach, quiet and safe to sit and relax, with 24h kiosk. On the avenue we find a market, pharmacy and barzinho, we did everything on foot. The car was safely parked underground in the flat. On the beach it is possible to find electric motorcycle and bike for rent and sightseeing.

Everything was perfect.

Our stay was great, Monica was very requested from the first moment. We were surprised by a complimentary cake at checkin, a gesture of much kindness and affection from the hostess. The apartment is well clean, with a well integrated living room and kitchen, clean and well equipped. The rooms and bathtub are good. We had a great weekend in space!

We loved our stay, everything went really well. Mr. Cláudio very polite and helpful. The apartment is very cozy, everything organized and clean. The place is super quiet and safe. Everything is close by, market, restaurant, shops, shopping. The beaches are perfect, and close to the apartment. We are sure to be back soon.

Aliria, there were only 03 nights, but with tranquility and the comfort that I always seek for my family..., apartment is exactly like the ones in the photo , with 02 WC and a toilet , full kitchen, EVERYTHING NEW ...is to throw the bags, and leave the beach ... Talking about the hostess is only thanks, for all the attention we have been given (we did not have any problems in hosting) only her concern in giving us comfort has already left us safe...proof of this is the assessment that she has a score of 5 in all the comments, all justified by all the attention she offers... Roseane is a wonderful host – she welcomed us warmly and took the time to show us everything in peace. During our entire stay, she was always there for us. The apartment is super cozy, super clean and equipped with everything you need for a nice time. The location is perfect – beaches, restaurants and supermarkets are all within easy reach. Caio was a very quiet host. We had a problem at check-in because our name wasn't in the lobby, but after a while we were able to reach him, he released super fast. The porterios are super friendly. It is a condominium that walks a little to reach the beach, but the beach is beautiful and very calm. It's worth it. In addition to the surrounding markets and restaurants are super into account, which is really good for week seasons. We recommend it!

Excellent apartment. Easy access and very well located. Exceeded expectations! Complete leisure area as well. Heated pool, sauna, whirlpool… A space I would definitely like to return to!

You should be able to leave a 6-star rating. Romeu's apartment is an 11/10, it exceeds all expectations. Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (e.g. with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant with first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. In short, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which there will undoubtedly be).

Very nice apartment! Comfortable, facing the sea! Maria was very kind, she kept our bags on the last day and left a bathroom free for us until 5 pm, so we could bathe before taking the night flight! He welcomes you with gifts and mineral water!! Impeccable, thanks for everything!

The apartment is amazing, better than in the photos. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it in this place because of the comfort and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to a large number of pots and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and sea in all rooms. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, cordial and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend it.
