It is located in a small alpine village from which you start to reach other villages and towns, on foot and by car. "La Casa dell 'Arco" takes its name from the entrance arch, a typical element of the architecture of Frassinetto, which characterizes this historic house. Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. The living room with a sofa/bed and fireplace precedes the kitchen and to complete a beautiful room with shower and a comfortable and equipped bathroom.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Cozy studio in a central location

In the summer of 2020, we renovated our studio. It is located in a prime location approx. a 5-minute walk from Zermatt train station and the Gornergratbahn. The balcony offers beautiful views over the village. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has a bathtub, a 1.80 m bed, a seating area and a small dining table. TV with Apple TV box (no cable TV!) & Wi-Fi are available. The house has an elevator and a ski storage room.
