Absolutely breathtaking

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

We have been thinking of revisiting San Ginesio for many years and this year we went back. What a wonderful part of Italy staying in a lovely house. Set on a hillside with stunning views of the Sibillini mountains. The house is spacious with two large sitting rooms interconnecting with a large well fitted kitchen all with great views. The bedrooms, we only used two, we’re spacious and the beds comfortable. The house produces as excellent downloadable guide with everything you need to know about the house and area. The wonderful house manager, Monica, lives a few minutes away and is very quick to respond with any requests. We had a very happy week here.

The house was exactly as described (in fact, even more beautiful!), very clean, cozy and equipped with every comfort. Casa Roda is a true hidden gem nestled in a stunning valley, offering breathtaking sunsets. The owner gave us a warm welcome, took us on a tour of the property, and made us feel instantly at home. The property is well maintained, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It's the perfect base for exploring nearby attractions or simply relaxing by the pool in the sun. Our stay at Casa Roda was an absolute pleasure!

Silke was WONDERFUL! She was extremely responsive and helped with incredible recommendations and even made reservations for our group. She was friendly and was around to assist to however not intrusive. Our time there would not have been the same without her there! The views were stunning, even with the rain we had plenty to do and places to spend time. We spent many nights with great memories made on the veranda! Her house was magical and she was a joy! The house exceeded expectations. It was in a stunning location just up in the hills above Civitanova Marche but only a ten minute walk to the beach. It was quiet and serene. The pool is stunning and so clean (it was also regularly cleaned whilst we were there). Even though some of Sara’s family live on site, it was like we had the place to ourselves. We barely saw them at all - they were so discreet. The bedrooms were light and spacious. The aircon worked really well. There is space for two cars on site which was very useful. There is a lovely living area with a huge TV. Sara is very responsive to messages and even sent us a helpful guide of local restaurants and sights which was really kind. We would be very happy to stay there again and already wish we were back!

Stayed at the Lemonvilla while visiting family in Ripatranstone and San Benedetto. The villa was absolutely gorgeous - photos do not do justice. Private and remote feeling (but still close to town) we felt at home staying at the villa. All 7 of us had enough space. Marcus was proactive and accommodating before the trip started - providing recommendations before we arrived. We hope to return!

Beautiful house in stunning rural surroundings. This is the perfect house for those who want peace and quiet. Host Giampiero is an incredibly sociable guy who wants to provide the best experience when staying in his house. He responds quickly and fixes what's needed. The only thing I have to postpone on my stay was that it wasn't clear from the listing that there was an external annex with 2 beds. This annex should be upgraded due to a fairly extensive moisture issue. In addition, unfortunately, 8 persons received ear infection during the first week due to poor water quality in the pool. Overall, though, it was an amazing stay where Gianpiero really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.

Positive overall experience, pleasant location and exceptional pool. Except for the wifi not working perfectly and the lack of a key to close the place in our absence. I recommend accommodation only for couples.

Roberta is the best AirB&B host we’ve ever experienced. She was responsive and made us feel right at home after two very long travel days from the U.S. Because we were arriving in Fano on a Sunday afternoon when most grocery stores are closed, she kindly did some grocery shopping for us ahead of time. She also connected us with an amazing local chef who cooked for us twice while we were there. Finally, the villa is beautiful - the view to the Adriatic, the grounds, the period furniture - all wonderful!

Jane was very friendly and house is exactly as the description and the pictures. Is located in a very calm area. You definitely need a car to get to any shop or the city of Montegiorgio. The pool is really great and regularly cleaned. House is very comfortable and has fulfilled all our needs. It was very clean at our arrival. We enjoyed the view over the hills of the area of Montegiorgio. Tipps of Jane for the restaurants have been very useful and accurate. We enjoyed a lot our stay in Casa Isabela

The home is beyond amazing! In terms of cleanliness, best to date. But also the location, facilities and decor more than we had hoped. The two bathrooms and the pool pure luxury. Owners are super friendly, helpful and great in terms of communication. Upon arrival, a beautiful package with tasty things and bottle of wine and on farewell again surprised with a farewell gift. Incredibly sweet. A vacation to remember.

we throughly enjoyed our time at Jacopo’s property. Breathtaking views overlooking the area with fantastic sunsets and sunrises. Less than a 10 minute drive to the train station and main center of Foligno. we stayed cool with the beautiful pool and outdoor amenities. Jacopo was very responsive (even during a holiday) and willing to help and make suggestions. thanks again!

John's place exceeded all expectations! Beautiful quiet location, breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and an outdoor area that offers many possibilities. The house is very tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could want. GREAT!
