Holiday rentals with a patio in Maceió

Beautifully decorated and functional apartment. Everything very clean and organized! Complete structure for one or two people to spend very pleasant days in Maceió. I highlight the quality of the bath towels, very fluffy and soft, and the fact that it has microfibre blankets, which guarantee warmth when we turn on the air conditioning. The building has a great structure and, although there is no washing machine in the apartment itself, there is an outsourced express laundry. Anyway, great experience! I hope to be back soon!!!

Passionate about every detail. I went with my family and we were all delighted and super well accommodated in the apartment. Very good space, close to everything, from the beach to local shops. It was our top choice ! We felt at home ! We'll be back for sure ! A special thank you to Sara who provided us with all the support possible during our stay with unparalleled kindness!

Our stay was perfect! The apartment is consistent with the photos of the listing. The structure and organisation of the building is very good. Great location, 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the supermarket and pharmacy, not to mention that the neighborhood is excellent, we walked around easily. Communication with Vivina was excellent, always very attentive and helpful. He even managed to make the check-out more flexible for us so that we could organise ourselves better. Anyway, I recommend it to anyone who comes to Maceió.

Perfect! Very cozy and comfortable, as well as beautiful and very well located. The sound of restaurants and street bars are quite noticeable at night, but it does not bother with the closed window. The hosts were also very solitative and dear to us. I would definitely return again!

Unparalleled location, close to Restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets and very strategic, facing the sea. Air-conditioned and utensils all in perfect condition. Returning to Maceió, I certainly already have my preference.

Giuseppe was very attentive and the accommodations corresponded to the advertised. My only recommendation is how the lighting outside the house (in access) could be more illuminated, the most WE LOVE the STAY!!!!

We stayed at Casa Prema to get to know Ipioca, and the space not only matched but exceeded expectations. The space is extremely cozy, beautiful, cozy, optimally located right in front of the beach with a breathtaking view of the bedroom door to a very blue sea. Daniel and Inês were perfect hosts, with light and cosy energy. Delicious Breakfast and Dinner. Another highlight was the work of Inês, very immersive and very relaxing, excellent professional! Staying there was a real experience.

I loved the house of Bruno, a host super attentive to everything we asked for, the extremely comfortable house, perfect if you want to go with your husband and son, the house corresponds exactly like the image, large and complete rooms, wonderful suite, the details of the porcelain tile, the part of the great super complete leisure area, even having a washing machine, we love the stay and we'll be back soon

Impeccable house! Everything is just right, super well-equipped, just arrive and use, it has everything we need. It is a very cozy, airy, spacious and comfortable house. The yard is super private and nice, integrated with the living room and kitchen. The hosts are very kind and proactive, leaving the house very well taken care of to welcome guests. We left already wanting to go back. Besides, the beach is very close and wonderful too.
