The stay in this house was extremely pleasant. The area is quiet and easy to reach by car (and above all it is very easy to park, which is not obvious in Milan). The apartment is located in a beautiful modern building, equipped with all the comforts (including a gym available). The apartment is functionally and tastefully furnished, I felt really good. Rightly enter my future options to stay in Milan

It went very well during my stay. The apartment is clean, nice and as advertised. The real plus is the presence of the washer and dryer, very convenient for longer stays. I recommend it without hesitating!

Everything was really good. Thank you so much to Francesca and her sister for being so friendly and welcoming. It was easy to get to the apartment by train or ferry. The train station is about 10–15 minutes away on foot, and the ferry is just a couple of minutes away. The apartment is in a very beautiful place. The town is quiet, nice, and comfortable. The apartment itself is cozy and has everything you need for your stay. You can even hear the sound of the waves, which is very relaxing. It’s a great place for a holiday. I really recommend it and would love to come back!

We had a great experience at the apartment. The location is good, next to the university and it is possible to walk to the park or downtown. The apartment is well equipped, clean, and the management service is great.

Very friendly and welcoming host, which made the stay very enjoyable. The place was very clean and fully equipped as it was written in the description. The view from the balcony on they valley was outstanding.

I made a quick 2 night solo trip through Milan with one day sightseeing in Milan. The apartment had everything I needed. The bed was squeaky when I sat on it but I slept fine on it. The shower was hot. The location is very quiet with easy access to the metro and grocery stores. It's an easy ride to the Duomo or one train change from Central station. I wish I could've stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Sabrina was an excellent and delightful host. Always keen to help and so responsive to requests and queries. The accommodation is spacious and so very well located to all that is needed for a special stay in Como. We felt so at home as soon as Sabrina showed us our “Home in Como”. Paolo is a superb host. There was always a quick response and he was very polite. The accommodation is highly recommended. Very modern, well equipped and clean. With a fenced area and parking, you felt very safe. If we should go back to Milan, we'd love to stay here again. Thank you.

We only stayed one night when we had a plane flight the next day. The access to the apartment was smooth thanks to the video that the owner sent us. The place was very clean and is located close to the Gorla metro station, which quickly leads to the Duomo and other sights of the city.

You can’t get a better view of Lake Como than right here. The patio was the star of this stay! We lucked out with great weather, so we didn’t even feel like we needed to go anywhere. It also felt incredibly safe and accessible for our baby. The hosts left us a crib, a bottle of amazing white wine, and plenty of soap and necessities for the kitchen/ bathroom. The only thing I will say is you definitely need a car, which the listing clearly states. The place is better than the pictures and the hosts were very attentive and provided us with lots of helpful information. Book your stay here!

Apartment managed in an excellent way. Federico has everything you need, to make you feel at home. You never feel like you're missing anything. Experience to be recommended to everyone, both for families like ours with small children, and also for workers on the go.

Federico is a great host. The place itself and surroundings are marvellous. The house is clean and worth its price. The only two things which were not really convenient- is parking (I really have know idea where to leave a car there during high season) and steep stairs (if you have small kids - that can be a problem). Great patio, jacuzzi, views - just perfect!

I had such a lovely stay at Enrica’s place! She is truly a wonderful host, exceptionally kind, helpful, and generous. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that made my visit comfortable and easy. The place was lovely and 100% matched the photos on the listing. Surroundings is quiet and borders directly on a forest, where you can walk. The house is clean, well-maintained and includes everything needed. The landlord is helpful, responds quickly to messages and gives tips for the region. It's worth staying at the K10House!

This was our second time staying in this home. Perfect for us and our dogs. Easy to walk to cafes and the harbour. The host was super friendly and helpful. See you again soon!

We loved staying at Denise's home. The house is beautifully decorated and light-filled, with lovely open spaces for being together. The kitchen is well stocked and I appreciated that Denise said we could use a few pantry items, since we were only staying a few days, and were flying home right after. The beds were comfortable and our girls (ages 7 and 9) love, love, love all the toys and books. After being on the road for a while, staying somewhere where it felt like their best friends lived was amazing! We appreciated the ability to pull down the black-out shades, too, for them and us, as we definitely stayed up later in Italy than we do at home. At night we could hear the creek, and we did a little walking on the path that goes to the lake. Thank you, Denise, for such a lovely home away from home!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

Bobby’s place is in a unique, gorgeous location with a great view. Our family really enjoyed the stay. The apartment was very well equipped and Bobby clearly made an effort to make us feel welcome.
