The house is located in a very quiet place in a rural area which is , 15 minutes from Palmas del Mar, 10 minutes from the highway and 15 minutes from the Cocal Beach. The house has an overlooking view of the beautiful Yabucoa Valley and close to places of interest such as the nature reserve Punta Mare in Yabucoa and Humacao Nature Reserve among others. Casa Suiza es un lugar para escapadas románticas, sólo para parejas. Estamos ubicados en lo alto de la montaña, es muy privado y alejado de la ciudad, a una hora de distancia de San Juan y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Puerto Rico. Tenga en cuenta que dirigirse a nuestra propiedad es por calles con curvas y algunas pendientes empinadas, pero completamente transitables. Recomendamos rentar un vehículo SUV o un 4x4 para su tranquilidad, si no está acostumbrado a transitar en la Montaña.

SOLAR SYSTEM WITH BATTERIES Fun for the whole family, Jacuzzi, pool table, video games, basketball arcade, dominoes, and a small children's area in the patio. A BBQ, washer, and dryer. A very quiet area two minutes away from the beach on foot, a coastal area with many excellent places to eat and have fun, two minutes away from the Humacao Nature Reserve and ten minutes away from the Naguabo Pier.

It is a very cozy accommodation. It has a room for two people. A common area with sofa bed, sofa bed, pribado bathroom,pribado bathroom, equipped cousin, private parking, air conditioning,laundry with dryer inside the apartment. It is close to the highway PR 53 and 30, 5 minutes from Plaza Palmas Real shopping center, walmart, fast food restaurants ect. Located in the east area near beaches like seven seas, Punta Santiago, Palmas del Mar, Luquillo Bathroom,Malecon Naguabo ect.
