Monthly Rentals in Maardu

A pleasant apartment in a quiet area. Good cooking facilities. Everything you need is there. The bus that takes you to the centre of Tallinn stops nearby. The bed is okay, only it is low. When you're a little older, you have to make an effort to get out. That's the only downside. Otherwise, very satisfied.

Lovely condo and area to stay. The condo was perfect for a week of relaxing and visiting the Christmas market. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and the sauna was so nice! Great trail just outside to run or walk. Grocery store and gym within walking distance across the street. It's easy to grab a Bolt into old town (20 min drive) to explore the city. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Nice place and amazing host. I will recommend

A wonderful peaceful and tidy studio in a special environment that feels a little restless on the outside. The environment of the property even felt scary based on the external milieu. The housing association's rubbish bin was completely empty and there were a lot of drunk people nearby. The house itself was in really bad shape. But when we went inside the apartment, it was a fantastic surprise in the middle of this environment. The host responded to all messages and calls very quickly. I think that in this property, the price-quality ratio is one of the best I have experienced. I just hope on behalf of the landlord that the housing association would do a facade renovation and that someone would take care of the trash. Their poor condition is not the fault of the host. I wholeheartedly recommend it!
