No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. Plenty of privacy and room to spread out.

Front part of 1st floor of house separated from host side by door, potential for noise. Within 30-45 min to Finger Lakes, Rochester, Shopping, Skiing, Lake Ontario beaches, nature.

the space is located in a reconverted flower shop on a farm dating back to 1850. The sleeping loft has a full bath and shower in an open concept setting. The ceilings are somewhat short!! Down a few steps from the loft is a common room with a table and a couple chairs across from the kitchenette cabinet overlooking the greenhouse. Down the steps from there is the commercial kitchen, bathroom and washing machine.
