Take a seat on the *huge* deck, where the blackstone will turn your BBQ game from zero to hero. 👶 Travelling with minis? We've got a crib, high chair and toys to keep them entertained so they never want to "leaf"!

This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. Grand Rivers is a golf cart community - let us know if you would like to rent our cart to make getting around easier (and more fun!).

Minutes from Eddy Creek Marina, bring your boat and launch it from there or just rent a transient slip for the weekend. Minutes from Venture River Water park. Just a short drive away from Kentucky Lake Attractions World famous Patty's Restraunt ( make your reservations early). Or just relax on the back deck, grilling and overlooking beautiful Barkley Lake. Dont forget land between the lakes.

Woodland Trails

Explore the Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area and stay in this charming shipping container turned tiny home. With all the comforts of home, it comes fully equipped with a kitchenette which boasts a 4-in-1 microwave, air fryer, convection and toaster oven. Our land is being renovated to host several tiny home stays, so pardon our dust. Please refer to the pictures to see proximity of other units. We live on the property along with our chickens, ducks, dogs and cats.

Just short drive to Elk and Bison Prairie and Land Between the Lakes. Great place for golfers and fisherman to stay. Plenty of outdoor space to have great vacation. This recently remodeled studio condo is conveniently located just a short walk from the lake where you have a private boat slip on buckhorn bay, and also a short walk to Moors Resort and Ralph's Harborview Bar & Grill! There is parking available for either 2 vehicles, or 1 truck and trailer. You also have 110v electric at the dock so you can charge your batteries right at the dock.
