Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lyme

Booked this house for a surprise fishing trip gift. The men loved that it was right on the water with easy access for fishing. Super clean and Lauren is so attentive and kind. Perfect spot!

In the ten plus years that my husband and I have been using AirBnB we can both honestly say that Sami’s home ranks in the top for us in terms of (1) value (2) communication and (3) accommodations. The property is simply super nicely setup with multiple modern considerations. The house is very cozy and welcoming which made us feel right at home. However, the best part was the communication. Sami was up front and forward with communication. They were simple, and he provided us lists and resources for restaurants and things to do locally. Even more, he was super accommodating in terms of flexibility—by far the most helpful we have EVER seen. We give Sami the absolute highest rating that we possibly can. 11/10!

This place was a great find. The check in was smooth., and the place had amazing character and old world charm. I cant wait to go back when the renovations are complete.

Joseph was a great host and was very responsive. The house was as described. They have very clear instructions on how to handle the house and where things are located. That alone made things easier. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and would stay again if ever in the area. Definitely worth the stop!

This is a lovely home on a quiet street. Four of us stayed here for a long-weekend birthday celebration and found it charming. We had hot weather one day and enjoyed using the large barbecue and eating in the screened pavilion. Another day was chilly, so the gas-lit woodstove was enjoyed. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and the furnishings were very comfy. We enjoyed the view from the sunporch, even when it was rainy. Thanks, Susan for a cozy stay!

We had such a great stay!! the flat is so cozy, you feel like you’re at a cottage in the country - but downtown is a quick and lovely walk away. Would definitely stay here again. This is a wonderful little rental on an absolutely stunning property. Top of the line amenities- everything you could ever need to live comfortably:washer/dryer, dishwasher, modern kitchen, really strong wifi, and two smart TVs with all the streaming options- but it still manages to feel like you are staying in a secluded cabin in the mountains. Gorgeous acreage with beautiful views and deer who visit every day. Quick drive into Watertown on well maintained roads. My dog was in heaven here! By far the best thing about this Airbnb is the host- Andrea. She is amazing. You would be hard pressed to find a lovelier, more helpful, more proactive host anywhere on this site. I am so glad to have found this place and met her! I travel for work and have stayed in many airbnbs all across the country and this is one of my top 3 bookings of all time.

I had the pleasure of staying at Stephanie's place for several weeks. As a host, Steph is warm, welcoming, and kind. She's an excellent communicator and seems to anticipate your needs. The air bnb is attractive, clean, and well laid out. It has everything you need for a short or long-term stay. The space looks and feels larger than the pictures portray. I had my dog with me, and we enjoyed daily walks around the pretty neighborhood. The grocery store is a 5 minute drive. Restaurants and shops are 15 minutes away in downtown Kingston. Steph's place is on the bus line if you want to skip the metered parking in town. I highly recommend this air bnb and hope to return.

Kristine is a nice host and the place looks exactly as in the photos. The bed is very comfortable and it is best to accommodate a couple. The sofa bed however is not recommend to use for sleeping as its rather small. Besides I found that there were some bed sheets which were not totally dry left in the dryer and probably due to the cleaner not fully aware of. Access to the house is super easy though. All in all, a super host and Cozy place that I would recommend.

It was perfect for us. It is small, but truly cozy and comfortable, perfect for 2 adults. As it was mid to late March in the north country we loved the fireplace and used it almost every night! The apartment was neat, clean, orderly and had everything we needed! If we go back to that area we will definitely look to rent there again!!

From the very first interaction with Sid, he was very responsive, courteous and professional. He gave very comprehensive guidelines which we found quite helpful. We booked a few weeks before the date. Sid sent us a reminder coming closer to the date which we welcomed. The place was easy to find. Parking was easy. When we arrived, he was there waiting to greet us. He personally gave us a tour of the place. He was very engaging and answered all of our questions. He has a carefully crafted guidebook at the flat- loaded with history and many amazing recommendations of all that Kingston had to offer! The flat itself is like home away from home-clean and very thoughtfully organized .The layout and all the things he placed there made it easy to get comfortable. The location is ideal- it's downtown, close to the waterfront and close to all the great restaurants. It's a 10/10 from us. We highly recommend and have found our home away from home in Kingston for future visits!
