Ένα σαλόνι-κουζίνα με καινούριες οικιακές συσκευές, τοστιέρα, καφετιέρα και όλα τα απαραίτητα είδη για προετοιμασία γευμάτων. Ακόμη, έχει ένα τραπέζι και καναπέ-κρεβάτι. Διαθέτει επίσης, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με ντους και πλυντήριο ρούχων. Τέλος, υπάρχει βεράντα με θέα την κοιλάδα του Αροανίου και το βουνό, καθώς και ιδιωτικός χώρος δωρεάν στάθμευσης.
