Holiday rentals with a patio in Luzerne County

Bill was an absolute pleasure to rent from! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always available to chat with and had so many amazing stories to tell us. The house was so homely and comfortable! We truly enjoyed our visit!

We drove in from 3 different states for graduation weekend & stayed at this amazing apartment. Extremely spacious, but also many quaint gathering areas. Very clean, private, quiet & so much character. The kitchen was well stocked although we did not prepare meals there. We ate out one evening & hosted a catered graduation dinner the next.A perfect place for us to gather & celebrate our daughter’s graduation. We did hit the first 80° weekend of the year so window AC units weren’t in yet. A very quick message to Esther & her husband was there within 15 minutes installing them. Their response to messages & questions were amazing! Outstanding hosts! When booking I was unsure about the street parking, but there were always spots in front of & on the side of the house. This was excellent considering both University of Scranton & Marywood graduated the same weekend. We loved our stay & wouldn’t hesitate to book this again. Esther was a delight to rent from! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

It’s a neat little and private space. Our boys got the living room downstairs while my wife and I were upstairs. Even though there are neighbors, we didn’t even notice them during the holiday weekend.

We loved everything about our stay here. So comfortable inside with beautiful finishes, comfy bedding and anything we needed in the kitchen. We were able to spread out, have 2 bathrooms to share, yet plenty of space to gather together. The hosts immediately responded to any questions making our stay stress free. We loved the lake view, sat by the pond in the back and drank coffee on the deck in the sun. Highly recommend Derek and Ronnie’s place and would definitely return when in the area again!

Beatriz was a great communicator. We needed another set of towels and they were delivered almost immediately. We had an issue with room temperature and she responded within a few minutes. The apartment was very clean and Beatriz provided many extras such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, snacks, bottled water, coffee, and tea. Even though the house is older, the entire apartment has been remodeled and is attractive. The kitchen stove and refrigerator look new, but if you plan on cooking, the number of pans is limited.There is a private parking space behind the home. There are two other apartments in the building and we could hear the folks walking around upstairs and could sometimes hear conversations from the other apartments. When we arrived, loud music was playing, but it was quiet by 10 pm. Beatriz is an attentive host and the apartment is a good value. I would recommend this listing. Thank you, Beatriz!

Perfect for this 3 week long work trip. So much better than staying at a hotel. Very responsize host.

Super comfortable! I loved the soft bed, chairs and area rugs. Note to older persons with bad knees, there are stairs you must use to get to your appointment. Plenty of space for catching up with family and friends. We loved the quiet area.

Sage tower was a comfortable peaceful place to stay in Berwick. We were close to all the activities and shopping we wanted to do. I recommend the apartment highly. Brian was helpful and responsive when we had questions.

Beautiful home , peaceful area. My family loves every moment from making s’mores with the kids in the fire pit, cooking burgers on the grill watching movies by the fire place we felt right at home . Amy was very friendly and responsive to all the questions we had. I definitely give our stay at 10/10.

This home was the perfect stay for a long weekend trip. It was in a very central area to all the surrounding places I was hoping to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and had cute wildlife to view such as deer and abundant bird species. The home itself was the right size for my pup Grady, my mom (who got to explore Jim Thorpe area for the first time!!) and myself. It was clean and felt cozy. I really don’t think the description gives this location, It’s due credit. First, the host was very responsive and was very welcoming and helpful. Secondly, the house was absolutely beautiful with lots of space for a family. The outside had everything you need to stay in the house, but if you didn’t, please refer to the book as all the referred locations were a hit no matter the age . As well as the recommendation for food. If you are looking for a peaceful family environment with friendly neighbors, and lots of water activities this house is for you. I really believe this is one of the best place we stayed at thus far with so many things for families. Thank you to Mr. David The host who was beyond helpful, from beginning to end and did not hesitate to communicate and respond a reasonable time.

The house was nice and very clean. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the availability to play pool without having to go to a bar! It was very accommodating for 6 adults and an infant, providing a pack and play bassinet as well. The house was centrally located to all of the events we were there for. I would recommend this place! As well as book again if I am in the area!
