Love the view of the city from the living room and dining area, place was nicely decorated and in a quiet part of Scranton. I needed an economical place to stay while between houses. This place was exactly what I was looking for. Thank you

One of our best experiences with Airbnb. We love to try different places with extra charm, and this place didn’t disappoint! Jim and Dee went above and beyond thinking of all the little Things when they put together this little zen gem. Tons of detail, lots of extra touches, snacks, wine, the famous muffins! Jim gave us a rundown on the history of the pizza capital and surrounding areas. Communication was great, recommendations were spot on for our pizza hopping adventure. We enjoyed walking the cemetery too down the road. We highly recommend this place and would love to stay again if we are back in the area!

We stayed at Dats place for almost a month. The house was very clean and the new appliances were a cherry on top. Dat was very responsive and overall a great experience! Thanks again!

I found Williams place to be incredibly welcoming and easy to locate, which I truly appreciated. However, I did notice a bit of dust and some issues in the shower that could use a little attention. Despite these minor concerns, I genuinely had a lovely stay overall and was thankful for his quick responses and attentiveness. You definitely get your money's worth, and the space looks just like it does in the photos though I found it even more spacious than I expected. Parking was also easy to find, and I enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the neighborhood.

Great apartment, just 45 minutes from the Pocono Mountains. The apartment has everything needed for a long stay and the host was kind, communicative, and attentive to any needs. I would highly recommend it!

Our stay at Chloe's apartment was nice. We'll worth the money. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Very cozy and cutely decorated. Chloe was extremely responsive and communicated everything we needed to know. We really enjoyed a our stay.

Exactly as described. Impeccably clean and well thought out from kitchen to bedrooms and bathrooms. Great communication. Beautiful view of lake from kitchen/dining/living room. Private dock space and parking. Top 5 location we have stayed/rented across entire US from cleanliness and comfort. Would absolutely recommend and stay again in the future.

We drove in from 3 different states for graduation weekend & stayed at this amazing apartment. Extremely spacious, but also many quaint gathering areas. Very clean, private, quiet & so much character. The kitchen was well stocked although we did not prepare meals there. We ate out one evening & hosted a catered graduation dinner the next.A perfect place for us to gather & celebrate our daughter’s graduation. We did hit the first 80° weekend of the year so window AC units weren’t in yet. A very quick message to Esther & her husband was there within 15 minutes installing them. Their response to messages & questions were amazing! Outstanding hosts! When booking I was unsure about the street parking, but there were always spots in front of & on the side of the house. This was excellent considering both University of Scranton & Marywood graduated the same weekend. We loved our stay & wouldn’t hesitate to book this again. Esther was a delight to rent from! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

Bill was an absolute pleasure to rent from! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always available to chat with and had so many amazing stories to tell us. The house was so homely and comfortable! We truly enjoyed our visit!

We loved everything about our stay here. So comfortable inside with beautiful finishes, comfy bedding and anything we needed in the kitchen. We were able to spread out, have 2 bathrooms to share, yet plenty of space to gather together. The hosts immediately responded to any questions making our stay stress free. We loved the lake view, sat by the pond in the back and drank coffee on the deck in the sun. Highly recommend Derek and Ronnie’s place and would definitely return when in the area again!

Judy was amazing from start to finish. Kind, considerate, patient & thoughtful. She was immediately responsive to any question. The place was beautiful & peaceful. If I forgot something she either already had it there or I could pick up from a local store easily. With a full weekend of a wedding and visiting family Judy made our stay stress free when we got back to the apt. It was very safe as well as comfortable.

We rented the place to work nightshift at the nuclear plant in Berwick. When we arrived the animal hospital below kinda worried us because of us working nights but it was quiet. The place was clean and parking was good. Owner was very nice and responsive to any question we had. Would definitely recommend.

The location would be amazing if the crash rate would be low. However the home on its own brought an amazing experience to me and my family. We had a quiet and peaceful stay.

Amazing location and value. Yes, it’s very simple/no frills but offers everything you need at a good price for an entire unit. There aren’t a lot of decorations but we didn’t mind as everything was comfortable. Bathroom is very nice. Everything was very clean and John was super responsive to all our needs. Would highly recommend for someone that wants a nice, simple place to stay for less than $70 a night! Unit itself is a 5 min drive from downtown and is in a residential area. Plenty of parking on street. 1 block away from Zummo’s cafe and near Cooper’s Seafood House

Stephanie was such a great host, our stay so exceeded our expectations. She has thought of so many things guests might need, from toiletries, to s’mores and wet shoes! The apartment is clean and bright and well appointed with a beautiful kitchen a stunning outdoor area, and everything you need. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake, a late night fire pit cooked dinner, and relaxing in the wonderful hot tub. Stephanie sent us messages every morning of things to do in the area that matched the weather and was very accommodating with check out time to allow us to finally enjoy some sunshine. Despite the disappointing weather, we had the best time, and have already booked another stay! Thank you, Stephanie!

Had such an amazing long weekend away at this beautiful apartment! Mary and her wife were easily accessible and answered any questions we had! Loved the board games and TV selection to make rainy days on the lake more fun and comfortable! The hot tub was awesome and the views were gorgeous! Would definitely recommend for a getaway! Mary also recommended Jim Thorpe which was such a cute day out! Can’t wait to come back!

I was looking for a place that felt like home and this was exactly it. It was so spacious and honestly had everything I needed. I think the bathroom was definitely my fave area in the house; it was beautifully lit and nicely remodeled. Bernard was so easy to contact and would resolve any issues I had immediately. I definitely highly recommend!
