Also note the cooker (stove) and BBQ is gas operated, hence you would still be able to enjoy your stay comfortably, regardless of power cuts imposed by Eskom.

CANCELLATIONS:
There will be cancellation exemptions made due to COVID - Should you present with a positive Covid test (proof required) within 48 hours prior to your check-in date or a Lockdown status change, we will provide a credit of your booking to use within 18 months from the date of your arrival. Rates may vary subject to seasonality (time of the year).
REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
We will also require a refundable breakage deposit of R20 000 to be paid via Airbnb prior to check-in/upon check-in. This will be refunded on the day of check-out if no damages are found. If damages are found the relevant charges will be applied.

The swimming pool is heated and is used at your own risk, towels are available in the pool lounge. Children under the age of 12 years old must be supervised at all times.
HOUSEKEEPING AND HOUSE STEWARD
Housekeeping (Gloria) and House Steward (Matthews) are at the villa from Monday to Friday 09.00 – 16.00 and Saturday morning 09.00 – 12.00.
LAUNDRY AND DRY CLEANING
• There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room. We offer one complimentary load of laundry on the second day of your stay. Please liaise with Caroline as Sandpiper can take no responsibility for damage to clothes laundered by us. Linen and towels are changed every third day.
• For any additional washing & ironing undertaken by Christine (after the second day of your stay), an additional cost of R300/load will apply – this is to be paid to Lavinia.
