The space
Sunny yellow umbrellas blooming by the pool match the marigold hue of a sofa inside at this thoughtfully designed contemporary home 10 minutes from both Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. Backed by a wall of glass on one side opening to a terrace, this newly built villa makes it easy to settle in to indoor-outdoor California living. It’s under 10 miles to shops around Healdsburg’s beautiful town square.

The villa’s 10 private acres of grounds offer views of vineyards, mountains, and farms. Watch the trees wave in the breeze from a swimming pool surrounded by a sunny terrace with plenty of loungers, alfresco sitting and dining areas, a barbecue, and a firepit. For after-dark entertainment, there’s a smart TV with satellite reception, an integrated sound system, and Wi-Fi.

Slide back the center section of the glass wall to connect the terrace to this vacation rental’s open-concept great room. It’s bright and airy, with a sitting area at one end, dining table for 8 in the middle, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar at the other.
