Set on a 7,500 sq. m. plot on the outskirts of Rethymno, in the picturesque village of Gerani, Villa Gerani Hill enjoys unobstructed, panoramic sea views from every corner. This exceptional three-storey villa spans 600 sq. m. and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests across seven bedrooms.
The space
Designed for both comfort and leisure, the property features a private helicopter pad, a full-sized tennis court, and vibrant vegetable gardens that complement its serene, natural surroundings. Conveniently located near the village of Gerani for daily amenities and just a short drive from Rethymno town, the villa offers a harmonious balance of space and accessibility.
