The space
Brisas del Mar is built for celebration at a high level. Three cascading heated pools flow seamlessly from one level to the next. Fourteen fire pits line the multi-level terraces. A private putting green, a wood-burning pizza oven, a commercial gas grill, three alfresco dining areas, and multiple outdoor bars create an environment designed for extended entertaining outdoors.

Inside, a large flat-screen TV and entertainment system anchor the main living space, surrounded by custom Italian furniture. A Kawai piano, cigar humidifier, and walk-in wine cellar bring genuine character to the interior. Each of the six suite-style bedrooms — plus one additional bedroom — features a stone fireplace, walk-in closet, and a private terrace.
