The space
Villa Riva is a gorgeous four-bedroom villa situated within the Four Seasons Punta Mita along the Pacific Coast of Mexico, north of Puerto Vallarta. Secluded within the gated Punta Mita community, guests enjoy the privacy of a luxury home along with easy access to the world-class amenities of this famous resort, including its wellness facilities and two Jack Nicklaus-designed golf courses. The resort's beaches are about two hundred paces downhill from the villa, and you're within minutes of some of the finest scuba diving, surfing, and boating in Mexico. Staff and services include a butler (if requested), daily housekeeping, and daily breakfast. Villa Riva can be rented together with neighboring Villa Avanti, forming an ideal vacation rental for multiple families or large groups.
A main terrace with infinite pool overlooks the ocean, providing an enchanting setting for savoring the Pacific sunset and breeze. Comfortable loungers beckon you into the sun, while an ample veranda casts soothing shade over the lounge area and alfresco dining table. A lower terrace off the master suite includes a hot tub.
Pocket glass doors open from the veranda to the interior living areas and kitchen, allowing the home to breathe the sea-kissed air. The open gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with chef-grade appliances and easily serves both the interior and alfresco dining tables. The living room features a comfy TV lounge and a table for morning coffee or nighttime card games.
A lovely walk to the private beaches at the Four Seasons, you're just minutes from its world-class spa, tennis center, and dual championship golf courses. Drive about twenty minutes to surfer-friendly Sayulita, or take an enchanting boat ride to the Marieta Islands. About forty kilometers to Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport.
