Spanish Colonial resort villa near La Iguana Golf Course

The space
Nestled into the jungle greenery of Los Suenos Resort’s lush hillside, Casa Solara captures expansive Ocean views of Costa Rica’s Herradura Bay. This private vacation house is located within walking distance of the resort’s oceanfront marina village, boutique shops, and their private beach club. With accommodations for ten, and plenty of spacious indoor/outdoor lounge areas make Casa Solora the perfect home base for a tropical family vacation, golf trip with friends, or a relaxing corporate retreat.

Solara is a perfect example of luxurious Spanish colonial architecture. Complete with a covered arcade, wrought iron fixtures, exposed wood beams, columns, archways, and plenty of integrated indoor/outdoor space, this property has it all. The living spaces are decorated with comfortable furniture, high-end electronics, and tropically themed works of art. The kitchen is appointed with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of windows to frame amazing ocean views. In fact, the vast majority of Solara’s interior spaces have a tremendous amount of windows and openings to the terrace, making it easy to keep the ocean close by at all times.

Along with your reservation, you and your guests will have access to the shared amenities of Los Suenos Resort. Their private beach club, golf course, marina, and on-site bars and restaurants will all be available during your stay. Housekeeping and a security guard will be provided as well. Back at the villa, you’ll have Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, and formal dining space for six. On the terrace, there’s alfresco space for twelve, a refreshing infinity pool, and an amazing ocean view.

Nearby, La Iguana Golf Course is a scenic eighteen hole running alongside an exotic rainforest, intertwined with gorgeous ocean views. For some fun in the city, visit Jaco. There you’ll find local restaurants, boutique shops, and a vibrant nightlife scene. Beyond Jaco, you’ll find Carara National Park, another great way to take in the local environment and wildlife. Carara is home to crocodiles, monkeys, colorful tropical birds, and many more exotic creatures.
