Nice house, comfortable, easy to get to, the pool is a good size and clean.

Very nice house located in a gated condominium. The space of the house was very well thought and offers eveything you need for a pleasant stay. A plus is that our 2 pugs were welcome and Marisol and Manuel even had water and cookies waiting for them. This place ia close to Herradura supermarkets, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend this place and definitely looking forward to stay there again soon.

Casa Baru is a beautiful home and a perfect location for accessing the beach and many great restaurants. When we walked in the door my kids said, “This looks like a celebrity’s house!”. The outdoor space is beautiful and serene and indoors is spacious and comfortable. Juan was super responsive to any questions we had and he had great local recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend this beautiful home and Juan as a host!

We had such a peaceful and relaxing time. The rental is beautiful, it was beyond clean and the design made ir very relaxing. It had the most beautiful view of the ocean and mountains and a perfect pool area.

Fabricio was extremely friendly and responsive from the start, answering all questions we had, even on Sunday morning! We had an amazing time and the house was beautifully decorated and had everything one could possibly need, even an EV charger which was situated right where you park your car - something that stood out by far. Beaches and restaurants all short driving distance. Next trip to Herradura will have to be at Casa Moa!

Best location everything you need is a 2min walk

Our family stayed for ten nights as a home base to explore the Pacific side of Costa Rica. The pool was fantastic! I especially enjoyed the bottom pool that doubles as hot tub (when my kids weren't in the upper half splashing the cold water into it). The pool is very large with lots of space for splashing, and there is so much wildlife and bird-watching off of the amazing porch and decks. We were mesmerized by the scarlet macaws that flew by and sometimes roosted nearby. Being in the mountains, you are literally in the clouds. It was other-worldly when they rolled in most afternoons. So cool! Indoors: we utilized the kitchen quite frequently, making dinner every night. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking. The living area was very comfortable and great for watching TV together in the evening. Bathrooms and bedrooms were well-appointed with what we needed, and the washer/dryer was great to have, as we are light packers and did get muddy some days. Overall a wonderful stay!

It is a great place close to all the entertainment in Jaco, yet in a private, secure, and quiet (at night) location! Very clean, cozy, and well-constructed home! The pool was clean, but we didn’t utilize it due to being busy with all the local attractions. I will say that there's some construction going on next door, but it doesn’t start until around 8 AM (I think), so if you are someone who wants/needs to sleep in, you may have issues. For us early risers, no problem at all! Great overall stay!

I found it incredible, the beautiful house, super complete in every way ,equipped with everything you need , the super easy access and what I liked most was the service and kindness of Ada , from day 1 of the reservation. A place where I plan to come back in the future.

Very nice place, the cleanliness is impeccable, the hosts were very kind to us and were attentive, the place is cozy, they keep it very nice, you can see the love they have invested and it is very comfortable. The only drawback is the noise from the neighbors, but fortunately, you can't hear much inside the apartment, so we had a very quiet night. Very grateful for the good service and the cleanliness of the spectacular place!

We booked Pura Villa to celebrate my sister’s birthday. We were 5 adults, 2 children and our dogs. Firstly, I’d like to thank the host for being pet friendly. It’s often difficult to find pet sitters where I live so without the pet friendly option it would be nearly impossible for me to travel. THANK YOU. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay; my nephews had a blast in the pool and checking out the beach nearby. I’d book them again for sure.

The accommodation was very well located and offers excellent value for the price. The house is quite new and well maintained, very well decorated. The condominium is very well located and has many activities and amenities available and was very easy to access and the condominium security guards serve you very well. Everything is very beautiful.

Very clean, modern, completely private and secure new home. The property has a lot of rules, but the rules are what maintains its quality for the next guest. There were no surprises at this home. The outdoor living space is probably more comfortable than indoors. The water in the pool was warm and inviting. It’s close to the beach and many shops and restaurants but is in a very quiet, residential setting. The entrance and security is only 100 meters or so from the property, but I didn’t hear any traffic while I was in the home. Ekaterina’s check-in and communication was outstanding. There were no negatives associated with the house, and I would give it more than 5 stars if I could.

Location has a beautiful view. Great place to visit and stay. Hills make a challenge for some guests. Walk back from the beach is no joke and parking is limited or off limits at some spots around the beach. Wildlife is prevalent in the mornings and evenings. A bit slow to get in and out of the community but once at the place very easy to unwind.

What a beautiful place, we felt at home, everything was nice, clean, organized. And the service is a 1000, we hope to return soon. Highly recommended!

We liked being in a gated community with a security guard at the entrance. The area was peaceful and we felt very safe. The home was comfortable and modern with lots of glass windows. There was a nice outdoor space and the shared pool was fantastic (and we never saw anyone else at it). Initially we weren't sure we were pulling into the right place, as the gate to the neighborhood sits back through another neighborhood. But overall it was a smooth experience and we would definitely stay again!

Amene and Jacqueline were unbelievably awesome during our stay. Jacqueline was always quick to respond to my inquiries. The morning our coffee maker quit she arranged to have a new one at our door within an hour. TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. We stayed for a month and were pleasantly surprised that a weekly cleaning was included, the pool was cleaned twice weekly. The house was very comfortable and we thoughouly enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the Punta Leona resort for 3 days of our stay, at a very reasonable costs thanks to Amene for arranging this for us. Thanks Amene and Jacqueline for making or Costa Rica vacation a huge success.

Beautiful place, super comfortable and nice

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. It was perfectly tucked away from the crowds, offering peace and privacy, yet still close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and came with great amenities that made the stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely rent again. Highly recommend!

Overall, the house is very comfortable and clean, with everything you need for the four days we stayed. The condominium in general is very quiet, safe and complete, very family-friendly and accessible. We had a great time.

Our stay in Jaco was MADE thanks to Christian’s home. Exactly as depicted in the pictures and better - the bathrooms felt like a spa oasis with the high ceilings and outdoor feel. The complex pool was right next to the unit and most days, felt like our private pool. The complex itself felt very safe and private. While Jaco beach isn’t the star of the show, our airbnb location was ideal for accessing all the other great beaches, nature preserves, etc. in the area. And, when going out isn’t in the plans for that day (we stayed there for a month), the vacation vibes kept vibing thanks to the pool, patio, and pretty parakeets that seem to live onsite. 😉 …thanks for your recommendations (Tsunamis for sushi is a must!), above and beyond accommodations (beach chairs and towels), and prompt replies during our stay! Optimal host and stay.
