The space

As well appointed as any luxury boutique hotel, this fully staffed twenty-six-bedroom estate is your own private resort on the south shore of Koh Samui, just steps from the white sands of Laem Sor Beach.
Your holiday at Villa Kalyana includes the services of the property’s full staff as well as those of a private chef. The estate opens to extensive beachfront living areas with a pool, lounging and dining spaces, barbecue deck and hammocks under palm trees. In the evenings, gather in the games room, watch a favorite movie in the entertainment center or share photos of your stay via Wi-Fi.
The villa’s open-sided pavilions make it easy to fully enjoy the balmy weather. High ceilings, ornately carved panels and traditional artwork nod to classic Thai style in the living and dining rooms, while plenty of seating options ensure your comfort. In addition to the fully equipped kitchen for guests’ use, there is also a kitchen exclusively for staff use.
This vacation rental is divided into an Orchid Wing with eight king bedrooms and two bedrooms with twin bunk beds, a Lotus Wing with nine king bedrooms and one bedroom with four bunk beds, and a Garden Wing with five king bedrooms and one bedroom with two twin bunk beds. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and several are honeymoon-worthy bungalows with their own kitchenettes and living areas.
Take advantage of the villa’s beachfront location and spend lazy days on the sand or in the water, playing with the provided volleyball and badminton sets or taking the snorkeling equipment out.
