Located just a short walk to the beach and about two miles from town, Villa Marbella is a luxury retreat located on a quiet cobblestone street in upper Conchas Chinas. The property exhibits a seamless fusion of Mexican architecture and decor with clean and contemporary lines. With a breathtaking view of the sparkling Pacific Ocean and a variety of perks, you will be perfectly poised for the ultimate tropical holiday!
The solar power heated infinity swimming pool provides a splendid view of the ocean and palm leaves swaying in the cool ocean breeze. Ample beach chairs allow for relaxing in the sun or the shade. Indoor/outdoor living comes to a crescendo with a flawless flow between inside and out. All rooms feature breathtaking ocean views and extend onto terraces that run the length of the house. Your personal chefs will be happy to prepare delicacies on the gas grill. Perfect for large groups, the villa includes a game room with satellite TV and a billiards table. Wi-Fi access and baby equipment are also provided. Your reservation includes housekeeping, a butler and a manager.
The multilevel design of Villa Marbella provides maximum comfort and the best of indoor/alfresco living. Cozy cushions, as well as rattan and leather furniture provide warm feelings of home. The kitchen comes fully equipped for any culinary requirements.
Eight magnificent bedrooms accommodate up to sixteen guests at Villa Marbella. The villa is non-smoking and children are welcome. All of the bedrooms include air conditioning and ceiling fans, and six have en-suite bathrooms. Fine linens and accoutrements provide splendid nights of sleep.
Villa Marbella is located just a few blocks uphill from the second entrance to upper Conchas Chinas for easy access to the beach and Old Town Vallarta. One of the prettiest beaches on the bay is also one block downhill from the entrance. From shopping to golf, nightlife and a wide array of water sports, there is something for everyone under the therapeutic Riviera sun!
