The estate offers chef, butler, housekeeper, gardener and laundry service, with spa services and airport transfers available at extra cost. Not only does it have a secluded pool area with a wet bar, loungers and al-fresco dining, it has an elevator down to a private beach.
Breezy, open living spaces let you watch boats crossing the bay or listen to parrots calling in the trees—all while ensconced on a sofa or playing at one of the games tables. Architectural details like arched brick ceilings and terrazzo floors lend interest, and potted plants used as accent pieces bring the lush surroundings further inside. Though the villa is staffed by two excellent chefs, it does have a fully equipped kitchen.
Villa Verano has an impressive eleven bedrooms, all with en-suite marble bathrooms. There are five in the main house, offering the option of a king bed or two queen beds. Three “jungle rooms” have two queen beds each and their own spiral staircase entrances. The casita has two bedrooms with a king bed and two queens, and is closest to the villa’s beach. The treehouse bedroom, which has a king bed and its own terrace, is a honeymoon-worthy retreat that’s separate from the main villa.
The villa’s location in the elite Conchas Chinas neighborhood is just under 8 miles from the airport, so you can start your holiday within 30 minutes of stepping off the plane. It’s also a 3-minute walk to the always-lively Playa Los Muertos, the area’s most popular, and a 6-minute walk to the shopping, dining and legendary nightlife in downtown Puerto Vallarta, so you’ll hardly even need a rental car.
