The space
Villa Jaliza is an exquisite luxury villa overlooking the Gulf of Thailand near Chaweng, on the world-renowned resort island of Koh Samui. With beautiful ocean views and gorgeous design blending contemporary lines, sumptuous comfort, and Buddhist-inspired décor, this six-bedroom vacation rental gives you a private sanctuary within easy reach of the island's beaches, golf courses, and precious rainforests.

Elegantly nestled amid lush flora on a hilltop overlooking the sea, the villa features a lovely infinite swimming pool and spectacular vistas of the shoreline, rainforests, coconut groves, and turquoise waters. You'll relax on elegant sun loungers on the pool deck, and withdraw into the lovely, traditional pavilion with sala lounge for meditation and afternoon tea. In the evening, relish a sunset dinner together at the alfresco dining table, as the gurgling fountain and impressive stone Buddha inspire openness and presence.

From the pool terrace, wall-length glass doors open to the villa's cool interior. Here, the sumptuous, ocean-view lounge with large sectional couch and mounted flat screen TV is ideal for evenings and nights together with friends and family. The open plan interior also includes an elegant dining table and a kitchen fully equipped with chef grade appliances, as well as a breakfast bar and large glass doors opening to the terrace. The interior area is luminous throughout, with beautiful wooden doors and original paintings on the walls. Downstairs, there is an ocean-view game room with pool table.

The upstairs landing welcomes you with a traditional vaulted ceiling of lovely wood and gallery-worthy sculptures and paintings. The six bedrooms include four with king size beds, one with two twin beds, and one with two double size beds. Five of the six bedrooms include balconies with ocean views, and all of the rooms have ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom is particularly ample and stunning, with vaulted wooden ceilings, a lounge area, a classic vanity, wide ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom with stand-alone rain shower and bathtub.

At Villa Jaliza, you're perfectly placed for exploring the island's towns, natural beauty, and Buddhist heritage. Fisherman's Village and the town of Chaweng are both just minutes away by car, while Chaweng Beach, Chaweng Noi Beach, and Bophut Beach are also nearby—perfect for a sunset swim.

We also recommend using our contracted owner drivers who will collect and drop off anywhere at anytime.

On the lighter side I guess I am fun loving, adventurous, love my seafood and enjoy exploring the different varieties of fruits and spices in all the markets across Asia. We look forward to meeting as many of our guests as we can and it is interesting to hear their views about Samui, its people, nature, outstanding beaches and to hear about their countries too. Guests' faces light up as soon as they walk through the door of the Villa and onto the pool deck; the view of the ocean is awesome and they lose a few minutes of time, out of pure amazement. What a pleasure that is for us. We live in Hong Kong where life is hectic, 24hrs. People are surprised to hear that Hong Kong is 75% national park with loads of wildlife, streams and a variety of fauna. Our family decided the best way to enjoy Hong Kong was to live on a boat where we could have the best of all worlds; the city, the countryside and the water. As your host the aim is to do the best to enable you to have a great holiday, to help you see everything you want to see, to experience good food, to sleep comfortably and to enjoy relaxing around the pool soaking in the magnificent views that surround the Villa. Nothing would give us more pleasure than for you to want to come back each year and share this very special place; because that is what it really is.
