The space
When you arrive to the villa you’ll be welcomed with fresh fruit and flowers. Daily continental breakfast is included, as are the services of a Thai chef, villa manager and housekeeper. Spend blissful days lounging by the swimming pool, trying local fare on the barbecue or snacking at the al-fresco dining table for twelve, followed by laid-back nights in front of the satellite TVs and surround-sound system.
Baan Mika feels like your own private resort, laid out in pavilions around the swimming pool and facing the sea. You’ll want to spend most of your time in the shade of the open-sided living and dining areas, but there’s also a dining room and fully equipped kitchen that can be enclosed with glass walls if you’d like.
The villa’s six bedrooms are honeymoon-worthy retreats with en-suite bathrooms, lounge areas and access to the pool terrace. There are two bedrooms with king beds and four bedrooms with two twin beds (convertible to Kings); several also have al-fresco showers.

Other things to note
- Rates include daily Asian or continental breakfast, maid service, English speaking Villa Manager, Thai Chef service for lunch and dinner. Food cost on guest account, provisioning fee from fresh market is 20% of food cost with minimum fee of 650THB.
- Airport transfers can be arranged for an additional charge of 500 THB/way (maximum 10 guests but depends on the number of luggage)
- Extra Beds charge of USD 75++ per night is applicable regardless of the age of the Guests when occupancy is over rate allocation. Maximum 2 extra beds permitted. Extra beds can only be placed in the Master bedrooms.
