Charming cottage complex

Charming and idyllic cottage on the shore of a quiet, clean lake in Toivakka. Ideal for families and telecommuting. Atmospheric in autumn and winter, it is fully winter-proof. Also wonderful during the Christmas season. Beautiful sunny yard area with a lakeside sauna and large terrace areas. Beach in the south/southwest direction. There is a ladder to the water on the dock. Good road to the yard, which is plowed in winter up to the door in winter. Toivakka's services are 7 km away. The cottage is for private use, so the calendar is updated in parts.

Kaislan Tila

Kaislan Tila is located in the countryside, 22km north of Mikkeli. We live in the main building of the farm and there is a 65m2 separate apartment in the yard. The farm has animals and is surrounded by thousands of lakes in Eastern Finland and forest areas rich in natural resources. The nearby lake offers recreational opportunities, fishing, swimming, boating, etc. In the woods, you can ski, pick berries, pick mushrooms and just enjoy the peace and quiet. In winter, you can go snowshoeing, skiing and skating, weather permitting.

Koskenrannan Helmi

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. The cottage has 1 bedroom and a sofa bed, accommodation for 4 people. Additional services: Hot tub 100eur/booking Linen 18 EUR/person Final cleaning 45 euros/person

The evening is crowned by an idyllic sauna, where you can admire the beautiful lake landscape and sunset in the warmth. The property is self-catering.

Enjoy sun from morning to evening with lake views. The villa has two wood-fired saunas, large terraces, and three separate bedrooms. Modern facilities from the kitchen to a toilet and shower are provided. Spend evenings around the beach fireplace or explore the lake with the available boat and canoe. The villa includes a 65" Smart TV and 300 M wifi (remote working possible). The nearest shops are a 20-minute drive away, with Helsinki 90 minutes away by car. The nearest bus stop is 4 km away.

Summer cottage by a lake at Mäntyharju

Nice rebuilt log cottage by lake Siikanen. Cottage is electrified and equiped with cold drinking water and warm shower water system. Peaceful beach opening to direction south. Available a small boat and two SUP-boards. At the yard there is a gas grill and an equipment cottage for firewood and eco wc. Our own summer house is near by (at 150 meter distance) thus help and additional services are often easily found. English and German are spoken by the hosts Timo and Tuula.

This beautiful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north of Mikkeli. Built in 2014, it invites you to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of Finnish nature. The cabin is stylishly decorated with high-quality natural materials and offers a modern open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with separable double beds (160 × 200 cm), a loft with a king-size bed, a bathroom, sauna, separate toilet, and a terrace. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are included.

Rowing boat and canoe. The guests can rent bed linen and towels for 16 € per person. No smoking.
