Lakefront log cabin

An atmospheric log cabin in peace. The cottage has no running water or electricity, so you can get a genuine break from everyday life. The cabin is equipped with a gas-powered refrigerator and stove, as well as a generator that makes it easy to get water for the sauna. The cottage is in good condition and there is a recently built shed next to it, with a composting toilet inside. The cottage has excellent opportunities for swimming, sauna, barbecuing, berry picking and mushroom picking. Relax with a larger group at this peaceful place to stay.

Kaislan Tila

Kaislan Tila is located in the countryside, 22km north of Mikkeli. We live in the main building of the farm and there is a 65m2 separate apartment in the yard. The farm has animals and is surrounded by thousands of lakes in Eastern Finland and forest areas rich in natural resources. The nearby lake offers recreational opportunities, fishing, swimming, boating, etc. In the woods, you can ski, pick berries, pick mushrooms and just enjoy the peace and quiet. In winter, you can go snowshoeing, skiing and skating, weather permitting.

A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 by a stunning rapids. Soothing rapids ensure a relaxing visit to Koskenranta Helmi. The cottage is great for relaxing, fishing, or even boating. In the big sauna of the cottage, you can admire the flowing water, refreshing is easy to always be open in a permanent rapids or outdoor hot tub. Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Villa Illinois

Lovely 66 square meter log cabin with a preserved cottage feel even though there is electricity and water. The cottage has a large atmospheric fireplace. There are lots of board games for rainy days. In the summer, the best part is swimming, rowing, the lake, the sunsets... In winter, the cottage has access to snowmobile trails, ice skiing, snowshoeing, sleds, sliders, etc. You can also see the northern lights from the cottage. Northern Lights are most visible in early autumn and spring.

Villa Rautjärvi

This wonderful lakeside log cabin is located 25 km north from Mikkeli. The cabin, finished in 2014, invites you to relax and enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Finnish nature. It's cosy and decorated with high-class natural materials and comfortable furnishings and is fully equipped with a modern, compact open plan kitchen, two bedrooms, each with 160 cm x 200 cm beds, loft room with a king size bed, an inviting living room and dining area, bathroom, sauna, separate toilet and a terrace.

This absolutely charming and unique cottage has vintage interior and warm, relaxing atmosphere. The cottage has a big yard, traditional Finnish sauna by the lake, a jetty and a private beach. There is a fire pit for campfires and barbequing on the shore and a gas grill on the terrace of the cottage. The boat is also included in the rent.

Vacation home with all the conveniences and a big separate sauna building by Lake Kyyvesi. Quiet, peaceful location. Private or rental car necessary (in winter 4-wheel drive is recommended). 4 bedrooms, three with 160 cm double beds, one with a single bed. Sofa bed in the living room. Max. 2 small dogs allowed. Rowing boat and canoe. The guests can rent bed linen and towels for 16 € per person. No smoking.
