The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our fantastic duplex apartment! Please note that this was previously our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while, and everything was custom-built to my liking (1st-floor apartment). Located a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 5-minute walk from the train station, I hope this accommodation will provide a remarkable experience for those seeking comfort, style and convenience. Small house near circuit

House located in the municipality of Saint-Parize-Le-Châtel, completely renovated and well equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, washing machine), with two bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), the second with a choice between a king size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) or two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). You will also have a large garage and a terrace with barbecue. Sheets and towels are provided. 20 minutes from Nevers (A77).

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.
