Veslebui is a cosy little mountain cabin, perfect for those looking for a simple and authentic mountain experience. The cabin has electricity, a practical kitchenette and fantastic views of Lake Tyin, which can be enjoyed directly from both the dining area and the living space. The cabin combines dining, seating and sleeping areas in one open room. It accommodates up to 3 guests, but is most comfortable for 2 adults or a small family. The kitchenette is equipped for simple meal preparation and includes a hot plate, kettle, refrigerator and essential cooking equipment. Please note that there is no running water in the cabin. Bathrooms, toilets, showers and dishwashing facilities are available in our shared service building, located just 50 metres from the cabin. Duvets and pillows are provided. Guests may bring their own bed linen or rent it for NOK 150 per person. Veslebui is located above the tree line, surrounded by open mountain landscapes, spectacular views, fresh mountain air and excellent hiking opportunities right outside the door.

Welcome to Solberget Hytter! Cosy cabin with a new kitchen and bathroom (2023). The cabin has a living room with a dining area for 4, a kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Private outdoor area with barbecue, terrace and garden furniture. Here you can enjoy fantastic views of the high mountains and Oldevatnet. It is possible to borrow a canoe, boat, sauna and washing machine by arrangement. The cabin is located on a farm about 5 km from Olden city centre, where you will find shops, cafes and a petrol station. Otherwise, it is a short distance to Briksdalsbreen, Loen Skylift and Stryn

The area offers family-friendly hiking terrain and great trails for outdoor activities. From the cabin you have beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. The location is only 15 minutes by car from Sogndal city center, which provides easy access to shops, and other facilities. This is an ideal place for ski enthusiasts and families seeking natural beauty.

Ekrehytta

At the foot of Fanaråken lies Ekrehytta, which in its time benefited from the weather forecast on Fanaråken. Here it is simple standard, you have to fetch water in the streams that run nearby, and the outhouse is in the woodshed. Heating is by wood or gas. Cooking on gas stove. The access to the cabin is inwards Helgedalen, here there is a toll road, from here there is 3.2 km of gravel road, to the sign direction Fanaråken, follow the path for about 15 min to the cabin. The cabin is nicely located right down by Hafslovatnet. Here you can swim, use a boat and fish. Walking distance to shop, hotel and bank. The cabin is a great starting point if you want to go on long or short mountain hikes, visit the glacier, swim in Lustrabadet or in winter go skiing in Sogn ski center. Bed linen and towels are not included, can be rented separately for NOK 200 per set.
