Gas refrigerator and gas burner, solar cell for charging. You can rent a hot tub, electric bicycles, SUP boards or a snazzy Fiat 500 to drive around (for a fee, NOK 1500 for the hot tub). Huset innehar alt du måtte trenge for å nyte et koselig og fredfullt opphold ved fjorden, herunder lang avstand til nærmeste nabo, adkomst til fin badeplass ved brygga på nedsiden av huset, balkong og tilhørende innglasset vinterbalkong, stor og blomsterfull hage, flere utendørs og innendørs sittegrupper, vedfyrte ovner i flere oppholdsrom og et velutstyrt kjøkken med hvitevarer.

Like utenfor døren finner man populære tur og sykkelstier. 6 min kjøring til Sogndal sentrum, 4 min unna ligger Kaupanger sentrum med dagligvare og ViteMeir senteret, kjekt for store og små! 2 min unna finner man baseng, lekeland og treningssenter.
