Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Our light-flooded apartment is located in a traffic-calmed residential complex in the beautiful and green district of Pasing Obermenzing in Munich in the immediate vicinity of the river Würm and Blutenburg Castle. An elevator takes you directly from the underground car park into the hallway of our apartment. By bus, you can reach Pasing train station in about 10 minutes, where you have access to the S-Bahn, the tram, buses as well as regional and long-distance trains.

Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

In 40 m²: Small kitchen, dining, living, and bedroom all in one. The very bright apartment with stone flooring is on the second story and reachable with an outside staircase - first you have to cross our chaos garage. Supermarkets in 10 -15 min, S-Bahn 6 min & 16 minutes to main station. From airport, go with S-Bahn to Laim then with S2 Dachau/Altomünster/Petershausen to Karlsfeld! FYI: we have a couple of chickens in the garden - morning ¨cock-a-doodle-do¨ included!!
