The apartment is located in the Santa Rita district, near the University of Economics and the Grande Torino Olympic Stadium, adjacent to the Pala Sport Olimpico and also a few minutes from the Lingotto Fiere and Mirafiori. It is located on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift. The center of Turin can be reached in 15 minutes by car or by public transport with a stop at the apartment number.

Studio apartment consisting of a kitchen, equipped with dishes and a microwave. Bedroom with double bed on the mezzanine floor. Dedicated bathroom with shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cozy and warm atmosphere, great for short stays in our valley. The tourist tax is €1.50 per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights, and no payment is required for longer stays.

Studio, Montgenevre, Briançon

Petit chalet dans la Vallée de la Clarée au bord des pistes de ski de fond des Alberts. Situé à 7 min en voiture de Briançon et 10min de la station de ski de Montgenèvre (possible en navette). Chalet Plein sud et cosy sur terrain arboré. Accès au parking, salle de bain, chambre en mezzanine, petit salon avec cuisine equipé et canapé lit. De 2 à 4 personnes max.

In Pelin's house you can breathe the heart of Turin, in a historic building with a view of green hills. the choise of materials and every object has been chosen with care and love during our travels around the word. It's possible to park one car inside the courtyard, but we don't have the lift.
