Great apartment and very friendly hosts. Everything matches the description. I stayed in May, and it was neither too hot nor too cold. The view from both sides of the apartment has a nice Yerevan vibe. The windows block out street noise very well. The bedroom window opens to an Armenian-style clothesline with a pulley. I felt completely at home here.

Excellent host and very well located apartment, in a lively neighborhood, with lots to do. We checked-in in the middle of the night, wasn't a problem at all, which was really great! Suren was extremely accommodating and great at communicating. Thank you! :))

I stayed at this place for four days while looking for a permanent apartment in Yerevan. I chose to book Vahan’s place because it seemed so cozy, comfortable, and welcoming in AirBnb! Vahan was always available to chat if I had any questions. Moreover, this place is a hub for creative people - you don’t find places like this everywhere! Thanks for a wonderful stay!
