Ideally located 1.5 km from the Lurcy-Lévis motor circuit, 30 minutes from Magny-cours, 2.5 hours from Paris and only 10 minutes from our magnificent Tronçais forest, which is one of the most beautiful forest massifs in France. Quiet townhouse, located close to Street Art City and the car circuit. You will have the opportunity to fish and walk around the communal pond, which has playgrounds for children and adults. You are 10 km from the Tronçais Forest and its Pirot and Goule ponds, as well as 20 km from the Tronçais Pond. The city of Moulins is 35 km away, Nevers 44 km, Bourges 60 km, and Magny-Cours 30 km.
