An architecturally clean, light-filled apartment surrounded by meadows, forest and mountains – modern, stylish and deliberately minimalist. Here, you'll be surrounded by nature, enjoying maximum privacy and mountain views. In the garden, there is a wooden sauna with a sweeping view over the deer enclosure and the surrounding mountains. The apartment is located on a small organic farm that I run according to permaculture principles. Deer live in the meadows, and there are chickens, bees, cats and a fish pond.

The house is located in an absolutely quiet area on our organic farm in the Ötscher Tormäuer/Alpines Mostviertel Nature Park. Starting point for excursions and hikes. Ideal for families, bikers and couples. The 68 m² accommodation is fully equipped, has a terrace with barbecue and a private entrance. The entire property is used by you alone. The town centre with numerous leisure activities (outdoor swimming pool, tennis) can be reached in 3 km by car or hiking boots! Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Hinterbreiteneben is set in a dreamlike location – nestled in a 10-hectare organic wildflower meadow with rare plants and views of mountains, valleys and forests. Once a farmhouse and sometimes an aristocratic retreat, it now combines historic charm with modern comfort – from fiber internet to a panoramic sauna. Complemented by a chapel and inviting spots to linger. In summer Lake Lunz beckons, in winter ski resorts await, while cycling paths invite you from spring to autumn.

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Bichl-Hütte, a hiker's hut with comfort

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

The Lodge - Reidlingdorf

The lodge is a great place to relax with family and friends. Simply escape everyday life and enjoy. A paradise for children - nature, forest, open space - to let off steam. No neighbors who are disturbed by children laughing. Also excellent for relaxing with friends. The lodge is located at about 600 m with views over the Mostviertel. Enjoy a good book and a cup of tea at the large panoramic window overlooking the countryside. A deer may also come by.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!
