Monthly Rentals in Lumia

We met Giovanna with family outside a restaurant in the harbor area. The apartment is a short walk away with a great view over the harbor. We missed nothing in regards to interior and will stay again next time we visit Sicilia. The hosts asked us if they could help us carry our luggage as the entrance to the apartment is up 2 flights of stairs from the harbor. Parking spots are available in the near area (100m diameter).

We had a very very pleasant stay at the apartment. The terrace is absolutely beautiful - you can see the ocean while you are showering at the outside shower - gorgeous! Everything was perfect. We were warmly welcomed from Caterina and directly supplied with fruits, self-made marmalade and ice cream - we loved it! Thanks a lot. Also Caterina gave us useful informations for restaurants nearby. The communication with her daughter Valentina was always fast, kind and helpful. So, thank you for the beautiful stay - we would always recommend your apartment.

can't recommend this place enough! loved the little house that was very complete, the garden, the pool (we were there mid april and used it multiple times), the walk to the sea with al lot of wild flowers , the animals, the views.... Ignazio and his family are very friendly and the place feels very homely.

The house and the property is as described. We (six people) felt very comfortable right from the beginning. The house is very quiet, but very easy to reach. The amenities are top notch and leave nothing to be desired. Everything is there. The access to the sandy beach is wonderful. Communication with Nathalie and the manager on site is impeccable and very straightforward. It was a beautiful vacation all around. We will be happy to come back again. Thank you.
