Beachfront holiday rental in Luleå Municipality

Otroligt fin stuga nära hav och natur. Rent och snyggt då man anlände. Otroligt bra värd som svarade snabbt och hade alla förnödenheter man kan tänka sig. Det kändes verkligen som att komma hem. Det finns ingenting man saknar då man är där. Jag och mina barn trivdes otroligt bra där och kommer att återkomma till detta fina smultronställe i framtiden. Tack för att vi fick chans att ha en super mysig helg tillsammans.

Beautiful little place on a lake beach, comfy and spacious house with a sauna, also very close to the bus stop. Would definitely come back :)

A fantastic family getaway by the beach, private and comfortable. A very good wood heated sauna and great swimming in the mostly sandy and very shallow water. Kitchen very well equipped. Unlike the photos, there’s now an extra bedroom by the kitchen which was a happy surprise and added bonus for us (a family of four) as nobody had to sleep in the living room! No bug nets in the windows limits the airing of the house in the summer (f ex, cannot leave windows open for the night if hot). There was a of mixup with cleaning upon arrival and the lawnmowers and leaf blowers came twice during our stay (noise was enough to close all windows) but the host dealt with the issues promptly and generously.

Jag hade en toppen vistelse. Boendet var litet, enkelt och mysigt med fantastisk utsikt över havet. Frukost och städ ingick men värdarna var så familjära och bjöd spontant även på god middag. Jag njöt av vedeldad bastu och långa promenader. Kommer garanterat på besök igen. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

Anna is a fabulous and generous host and her place is a holiday paradise especially in a sunny weather. The direct access to the beach below the house and the shallow water made it ideal for the whole family to swim and enjoy the water safely. We had a lovely sauna and many swims and enjoyed paddling with the SUP we brought and in Anna’s kayak that the guests are welcome to use. Very safe waters for kids to paddle, and lots of friendly neighbors keeping an eye out too. The house is small but super functional with a gorgeous view over the water. The bedrooms don’t have blackout blinds but luckily we had packed our eye covers for the bright nights. The kids bedroom only sleeps one but the downstairs sofa bed is big enough more than one. The kitchen has nearly everything you need (we were looking for a coffee maker and luckily found a french press in the drawer). Upon leaving be prepared to empty the toilet and discard your poo bag with your other trash in the nearby garbage disposal.

Was there over new year and the location is very lovely with the river to walk on and majestic winter wonder land scenery! Peter was a super great host! Kind, friendly, very helpful, responsible and answered very fast! Really great hosting! He also helped us to make a hole in the ice for winter swim :) can highly recommended for the brave ones :) The house is simple, it was clean. Sauna was great! We saw Aurora lights and Pearl clouds and went on many nice walks on The river ice, can highly recommend! Also went on husky ride near by. Great winter holiday! A lovely stay with a great host, serene besutiful nature - we enjoyed every day! Thank you Peter!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Simon. la vue est exceptionnelle avec de magnifique levés et couchers de soleil. Le logement est de très bonne qualité dans un environnement paisible. c’est la première fois que j’ai envie de revenir, pour un séjour en été peut-être -:)

We had a very nice stay at Jon's place. The house is lovely and the surroundings are beautiful. The communication with the host was easy and frendly. It was the perfect place for peacefull, simple and enjoyable holidays.

Vi havde en fantastisk ferie i Alexas skønne hytte. Alexa og hendes svigerforældre var ekstremt imødekommende og venlige. Alt var perfekt- sneen, solen og det mest fantastiske nordlys hver aften. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen😍 Tusind tak Alexa og familie❤️

Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos jedem empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, das Haus ist super 👍…die Lage einfach traumhaft schön. Es fehlt nichts in dem Haus, es ist alles vorhanden. Tommy ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber und gut erreichbar. Danke für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt 💐

Wir waren 11 Tage bei Stig und Patrick und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ort ist perfekt für Naturliebhaber. Zudem haben wir wunderschöne Nordlichter gesehen, direkt vor der Türe. Patricks Vater wohnt gleich nebenan und ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns herzlich willkommen geheissen. Auch als wir Probleme mit unserem Auto hatten, hat er sofort und ganz unkompliziert geholfen.

Kurz gesagt: Perfekt! Freundlicher persönlicher Empfang, so dass ich mich gleich willkommen gefühlt habe. Die Lage an der Bucht mit dem tollen Ausblick und ruhigen Lage ist einfach perfekt, die Unterkunft an sich sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Da die Bucht zugefroren war, war es auch optimal von dort aus Polarlichter zu fotografieren. Was will man mehr. Unbedingt in der Schreibtischschublade nachschauen, da dort viele Informationen / Prospekte zu Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung zur Verfügung stehen.

The house had everything we needed and it was ideal for a few quiet days away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Joakim was a very responsive and friendly host who made us feel very welcome in his home. The house was in a central location and we were in driving distance to all the activities that we experienced e.g. dog sledding, sledging and riding on sparks on the ice track in Luleå. We also witnessed the northern lights right above the house one night during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.
