Holiday rentals with beach access in Lukovo Šugarje

Ivana's place is really nice! Amazing views from the balcony, cosy apartment with good air-conditioning and the National Park very close by! Otherwise there is not much in the vicinity except small beaches that are close by the road, but we liked being in a more remote place. And a supermarket is 10min away by car. So I would recommend!

I had a great time at KRUNO’s place , from start to finish, the approach to the apartment was quiet and so easy to get to everything , restaurants and shops etc . Definitely needed the air con as it was getting really hot . Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom , nice toiletries which saved me bringing my own, the fridge was an extra bonus . Kruno, was great with sorting a taxi to and from the airport for me and lots of recommendations. My favourite place was Kavana palace restaurant for brunch. I had a great day visiting Plitvice lakes (recommend going in the afternoon when quieter) it was breathtaking, unfortunately my second trip with wine tasting was cancelled. Also if you have a later flight look up radical storage, lots of places to store your cases for €5 I recommend KRUNO’s apartment for anyone coming to Zadar , the sea organ was 2 min walk and if you are an early riser, sitting on the steps there was so peaceful, it gets very busy at sunset .

The view from the appartment is priceless! We were there in pre-season so there were no other people in the buildings around us. Everything you need is available.

Flawless accommodation. Apartment very well located to get to the national park. Maximum 10 minutes away by car. The surroundings are otherwise rather quiet. The communication was very good. Clean accommodation and everything you need as shown in the pictures.

It was such a lovely place, 11/10! This apartment is perfect for someone who wants to wake up and go out for a nice and relaxing beach day with amazing views. There were resturants that were super nice with good food a minute away walking and a small shop where you could buy essentials like shampo, groceries, etc (everything you might need). The buss station was right outside the apartment where you also could go to Pag (very nice beaches) and Zadar centrum (old town, shopping, beaches), both are super nice plces that everyone should visit. But honestly, the host made the experience perfect for us. She was so kind, our buss never arrived and she offered to drive us to Zadar (30km). She is so kind, helpful, caring and much more. If we are ever nearby again, we will stop here for a place to stay 100%. I so much recommend to book with Suncica, because this apartment is exactly what you are looking for. The apartment is located in a nice, quiet area, close to beaches and a couple of restaurants & bars (& a beautiful view of the sunset!) Josipa was really friendly & helpful and told us about the local area, how to get around, and gave us restaurant recommendations which were really great. The studio apartment was perfect - has a good size fridge & freezer, and very good air conditioning. There are ‘nextbikes’ (approach & use hire bikes) a 5 minute walk from the apartment which we used to cycle to get to the old town, around the coast line. It took about 15 minutes (cost of bike is .66c per 30 mins) , and was very easy & scenic cycle! This was our first time in Croatia, and we would definitely stay here again! Thank you Josipa!

Amazing view from the balcony. We really did not want to leave. You won’t be disappointed. Only a few minutes walk from everything in the amazing old town.

Thank you very much! We felt very comfortable in the villa and nothing was missing! However, you need a bike or car to get to the beach. You should also try out different beaches in the area to find the "right" one for you (e.g. sand, stone, café, sports facilities...).

Lovely apartment that suited us for one night before departing from Zadar airport.

Communication with Dina was very good and pleasant from start to finish. Quick response. The reception was very friendly and we immediately felt comfortable. I can only recommend Dina, her husband and the beautiful house. I would book the house again for a holiday immediately.

Beautiful house with great pool and fully equipped kitchen. Friendly and helpful hosts who responded quickly to questions or comments every time. Small or slightly larger supermarkets are a maximum of 5 minutes away. There are also restaurants not far away. Nevertheless, the environment is always quiet and you can enjoy your holiday without any problems. All in all, there is nothing to complain about and I can recommend this accommodation to anyone.

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

This apartment is so so beautiful, it was perfect in every single way. Great location, modern, clean, black out curtains, balcony, WiFi, TV, air conditioning, it has everything you could possibly want in an apartment that size. I would 1000% stay again.

A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It's also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

An absolute delight! We much enjoyed our stay in Matjaz apartment. It is very clean upon our arrival and is as described on Airbnb. It supplies everything needed throughout the day. The private beach access is perfect, idyllic and gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation without any stress of searching for a spot in the shades. Although we did not use it this time - the garden is also equipped with a grill, which was quite tempting to use :) Matjaz is a super host for a reason. He and his wife are as friendly as one can be, super helpful and easy to communicate with. We would definitely come back any time and can highly recommend Matjaz and his apartment (s). ***** 5/5 Stars *****

Highly recommend! Friendly, competent host. Great location - close to a beach, bakery, bus stop. Two markets within walkable distance. Terrific balcony, spectacular view of channel and sunset.

We spent 14 pleasant days in September at Mate's large, modern apartment. Everything very clean and very well decorated. The view from the balcony very nice. It was very relaxed. Mate took care of everything and was always available. Perfect location. Nice and quiet, only 5 min walk to 2 different beaches. Also only 20 minutes to walk to the old TOWN OF RAB.

Lovely stay in this apartment. Exactly as shown in the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable beds! Communication was great and helpful with restaurants and amenities nearby.

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!
